Pour être honnête l’hôtel est pas mal et la gérante très gentille et aidante, mais si, comme moi, vous n’êtes pas fan de propagande pro-g3n0c1d3, évitez de donnez votre argent à ce propriétaire

Apesar da excelente localização, não voltaria nem recomendo a estadia no hostel. Os funcionários da recepção nos atenderam cm extrema apatia e o quarto estava com um cheiro estranho. Além disso, a janela do banheiro não fechava, entrando muito veto durante o banho. Não no sentimos confortáveis nem para utilizar a cozinha.

Bathroom was quite rundown with mould and there was ants in both the bathroom and bedroom. Linens and towels were clean however and the free breakfast was nice.

Great location, lovely owners. Decent price for basic accommodation, it could do with a refresh. 'kitchen' more than basic, I wouldn't attempt to cook using it.

Hostal Transilvania was amazing! The owners were so friendly and helpful when booking activities, showing us the route for cycling and ordering taxis, even when we weren't staying there anymore. The rooms are basic but clean and towels were refreshed every day. The only thing I have to comment on is that they don't provide filter water, so make sure to buy bottled water for the room. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Really wonderful hostal in a perfect location, the rooms and facilities were excellent and the staff went above and beyond to help us with any questions and information. It felt like nothing short of a second home for the few nights we spent there. Having stayed in Baños previously in several hostals I can confidently say this is the best one I've visited and if I return I'll absolutely go back here.

All good except for the wifi, which was really bad and didn't work most of the time. The room was good, clean and spacious. Great location in the center and very fair price.
