Without a doubt the worst Hotel ive been in a long time. Very bad rooms, smells like cigars and has all the noises you can get from the construction works 3 meters away🤣 Youre in for s treat.

DO NOT STAY THERE. I mean, do not ever choose to stay at a place in Omonia. I didn’t know it was a ghetto but found out when I arrived there. The district is extremely dangerous. As a cherry on top there was a construction site near which made sleeping absolutely impossible!

There were bed bugs in bed, the staff only changed sheets and it is supposed to be sanitary, but the problem continued the next night.

Nada más aterrizar en Atenas, al buscar el lugar en Google Maps, nos encontramos con cientos de reseñas advirtiendo sobre la pésima higiene y, lo peor de todo, infestaciones de chinches y cucarachas. En definitiva: no pierdas tu dinero ni tu tranquilidad. Este lugar no debería estar en ninguna plataforma de reservas.Evita una mala experiencia y no vayas

BED BUGS!!! This place has an infestation of them. Please for the SAFETY and HEALTH of you, your family and the general public don't stay here. I talked with the staff about it she wasn't helpful at all. Told me there were no other rooms available, checked hostelworld they had a large scroll down list of different rooms available for that night. She even suggested that I go take there bed bugs somewhere else. Please see the attached photos if this review lets me to show the results of their prob

We arrived at the Sparta Team Hostel where we immediately realized that the walls were very dirty and unhygienic but we didn’t more of it at that time since we only booked for 1 night. However we woke up in the middle of the night to bedbugs all over the beds and walls. It was obvious after we researched bedbugs that they must have been there for a while since they were big, colored and there was stains on the sheets. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us an almost full refund.

The area where this property is located is terrible, shady and not safe. The room which we were given had bedbugs, we had to leave the room in midnight and since this area was not safe, we hired a taxi to reach the metro station though the station was just 600 meters away meaning walking distance away. Me and my family were roaming on the streets literally like homeless people and we were sitting at bus stop hoping for early Sun rise. We really had a bad experience but we got our refund back...

PEOPLE DON'T GO TO THIS HOSTEL!!!Yes the location is good. Yes, the price is good. Yes the Hostel is Clean! But there are bed bugs EVERYWHERE in this hostel. and people here don't take it seriously. Bed bugs are a serious problem. You don't just wake up covered in 100 red swollen bites, you carry them with you and have them everywhere. They only replies that they always disinfect. The hostel itself is clean, but disinfecting doesn't get rid of bed bugs.An exterminator has to come (we got refund)

Full of bug bedd, they gave us a room with homeless, very dirty, toilet without water, room was full of dirt, reception was very rude. I am not suggesting it at all

Clean. Polite staff. Although on a side street this is a very good location for everywhere in central Athens

El personal que nos recibió fue muy amable a nuestra llegada! Estaba cerca en taxi de nuestros principales puntos a visitar por lo que movilizarnos nos fue sencillo!.

Una cama, un baño, buena ubicación, económico, el resto puede mejorar....

The bed was full of ticks and I got a rash. It was so unfortunate. My trip turned into a search for medicine. 🥴🥴🥴👎👎👎⛔️🚫⚠️🚑 Unzuverlässig

Lo positivo: Las chicas de recepción son súper amables. El hotel cuenta con una salita de espera, máquinas dispensadoras y un comedor. Fui con un poco de miedo porque había leído muchos comentarios malos sobre la higiene del lugar, pero a mí me fue súper bien. Cuenta con aire acondicionado y baño propio. Lo negativo: El barrio era medio desolado, habían mercados al rededor. Si van en grupos no hay problema, pero si son solo chicas hay que tener cuidado. Las camas eran un poco inc�...

A difficult experience. One of the worst places I've ever stayed. The street the hotel is on is horrible, dirty, and unsafe. The hotel reeks of cigarette smoke, and the owners 'lock' the air conditioning temperature in all rooms at 24 degrees Celsius to 'save' energy. I've stayed in hostels and hotels in 26 European countries, and this was the worst of them all.

Felt very unsafe, checked out a day early. No curtains in the rooms. Basically lodging with homeless people

I got a private here that had a balcony, ac, tv, 2 twin size beds, a sink in the room as well as cups and a fridge. A far cry from the other 3 hostels I stayed at on a recent trip around Europe. Plus the location is close to main attractions and staff was accommodating. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Left behind some items while I was in a hurry to catch an early flight but otherwise perfect stay!

We booked the twin room. All was very much standard for a budget hotel. The beds were fine, showers strong, tap water safe to drink. Mini-fridge was nice. Bins changed daily. No sign of bugs; we checked thoroughly as we had been concerned by other reviews left here. Lacked lockable storage to keep valuables. Noise from other rooms traveled through the building and the hallways smelled of cigarettes. Location was very central and very close to the metro, but on the edge of the rough side of town

This place is scary. The kind of people that come here I had to leave a day earlier, I did not feel safe at all. They also took a copy of my credit card I don't know why they needed that when I sent my details online and the payment was processed. They can easily use my details for a a fraudulent transaction I hope they don't.
