WiFi does NOT work on any floor except ground floor so you have to camp outside reception as no signal either. Air con across the hostel was poor and rooms were stuffy- had to ask for this to be resolved. Very far out from El Nido, have to pay tuk tuks to take you to the centre so bear in mind you will end up spending more than just the hostel price. They also charge for towels? As well as charging a deposit for the towel. Overall wouldn’t stay here again. Staff friendly tho and clean place.

The rooms smelt damp, comfy beds though. The female staff we’re rude and unhelpful. Wasn’t told that there was extra charges for the boat tour to use snorkels and kayaks. Also wasn’t told that half of the cost of the towel deposit doesn’t get returned as this is the cost to ‘rent’ the towel, never have I had to pay to use a towel in all my time travelling. Bed bugs!!!!!!!!!!!! We had bed bugs and staff were so rude, laughing at us when we told them, lied to us that they had no rooms to move to yet then moved us after 20 minutes of saying we weren’t going to sleep with bed bugs! One guy was very helpful about it tho! Rooms were a bit stinky, aircon was working overtime though, thank goodness! WiFi is also s**t xxx

BED BUGS! Front desk did not act with urgency and dismissed me. The only helpful person was Ashlita the housekeeper who said she would wash my clothes for me. The front desk lady refused to move me to another room and lied and said it was all full and that they didn’t have a washer or dryer. So unprofessional. Then they moved me and still put other people in the dorm that had the bed bugs without cleaning properly… the worst place I have stayed in and I have been in 75 hostels in my life.

Das Zimmer hat auf einmal deutlich mehr gekostet als ursprünglich gebucht. Das Zimmer war mehr eine halbfertige Baustelle als sonst etwas: die Matratzen lagen in anderen Betten, so wie vorhangstangen die ebenfalls im Bett lagen. Anfangs hatte ich weder Matratze noch eine Decke und das Zimmer hat nach Farbe gestunken

All the rooms smell like strong sour mold, I changed rooms 3 times and they all had the same issue. The bathrooms are really dirty, no toilet paper and there were giant shits in the toilet. The space looks amazing on paper but terribly managed . The place lacks any real sense of atmosphere for the location and facilities they have.

BED BUGS!!! AVOID! Thankfully the cockroaches in the showers made us think to check the beds before we got in and thankfully we did as there were bed bugs all over the sheets. When we told the reception they offered us a different room but when we asked if the bed bugs would be in there the staff just laughed, suggesting that they are in every room. We got a refund and left immediately. Sadly we put a couple clothes on the bed that had to be thrown away.

The rooms really smell. It’s very humid and that creates mold in de rooms. All our stuf spelt like wet dogs because of it. Airconditioning is really bad. Bad rooms are okay but not the best. Would not recommend! Left one night earlier.

Muy suciio todas las intalaciones, baños, bar con las mesas sin recoger, piscina infina llena de bebidas, bolsas, etc, se te pasan las ganas de disfrutarla. Lugar grande con poca personalidad

Camera pulita, bagni tremendamente sporchi. Prezzi esagerati per la qualità, succo di mango ridotto ad un bicchiere di acqua e ghiaccio frullati con un lontano gusto di mango (una presa in giro rispetto al succo preso al mattino in un grosso bicchiere e con reale gusto di frutta) pure fatto pagare di più rispetto al prezzo da menu. Chiesto diverse informazioni alla reception e ricevuto nessuna risposta utile. Una delusione. Non lo consiglio.

The staff are great, always helpful with a smile! Chilled vibes, events in the hostel in the evening! Only a 20 minute walk from the center but easily accessible with a bike or tuktuk!

Honest review: Really solid hostel with clean rooms and 24/7 ac. Really huge and lots of rooms are available. free drinks for an hour from 7-8pm is also cool, and the rooftop is nice. the showers could be a bit cleaner though. But overall, i would consider it one of the best hostels in el nido, definitely recommend

Amazing hostel!! Worth every penny! Amazing views from the pool and the staff are absolutely wonderful!! Beds are comfy and the hostel is clean and tidy throughout! Would definitely stay here again if I return to el nido!

Felt clean and safe. Our AC was not good though, I think the cleaning staff turned it down during the day which made our room super hot during the evening.

Just a bit far from the Townsquare but a short walk won't hurt. Still the best.

Friendly staff and a lovely pool with amazing views, however; the private room we had smelled very strongly of damp and all of our clothes and towels felt damp while we were there. WiFi is only available on the 4th floor and not in the bedrooms, which was frustrating - this wasn't clear to us when we booked. It’s a nice place and stuff but £13 is probably a bit too much and the WiFi if your on flood 2 and 3 doesn’t work but free drinks from 6-7 is good and the rooftop pool and sunset is elite

This hostel looks the part but it genuinely has a really strange vibe that I just can’t put my finger on. Myself & my partner had a private room, no bed bugs (we checked after reading previous reviews). However, the bed was the most uncomfortable thin mattress, the aircon is very noisy and there was an overwhelming smell of damp in our bathroom. The shared amenities looked clean but we didn’t use them. It’s a great location, but I think you can find better value for money elsewhere.

Its worth ur money!! I never had a problem with bed bugs (as I read alot of bad reviews before going) and the staff were all nice. I wish it was more social cz the facility is top tier, alot of potential being #1 hostel in El Nido. The only prob I had was with the wifi (only works on common spaces). Other than that its a 10000/10 THE BEST HOSTEL VIEW IN EL NIDO!

Very modern nice hostel with good comfy beds. Only downside is the wifi did not work on multiple floors which was annoying as there is also spotty service so cannot rely on phone data either. Check in process could also have been smoother, we were not instructed where our room was and also they failed to write down that we had 2 keys in the booking leading to confusing with our deposits when checking out. Not the most social due to lack of events but good atmosphere!

Vraiment bel hostel, super set up pour rencontrer des gens et profiter des installations. The receptionist was the worst thing about the hostel, he was rude, unhelpful and failed to give us change he also told us the towels were a deposit and failed to mention that there was a rental fee. The property itself was good, the beds were comfy, there was lots of storage and free drinks at happy hour. The pool was dirty and the whole hostel smelt like damp. It was a 20 minute walk into town or a 150p tricycle. It had a few restaurants and shops close by.

Location is a bit annoying because it's a solid 20 minute walk to get into town but very doable, also some good food options around. Hostel had a strange vibe, absolutely huge with three levels of dorms but I didn't think it was that social. Rooms felt very small and not that clean, also on my floor there was only 1 male toilet for the whole floor.

The hostel was fine! The staff was very friendly and the common areas are very nice. However, the beds are not very comfortable and the Aircon in the room is so loud it was hard to sleep. Also, the WiFi was barely working during our whole stay. Also, the hostel is a bit further from the centre but you can get a tuktuk there easily.

Personalet var slet ikke imødekommende, og ville i virkeligheden nok helst være fri for at arbejde der. Vi endte med at skifte værelse 5 gange, fordi de ikke havde styr på, om der egentligt var plads til os på de forskellige værelser. Dernæst var der også skimmelsvamp på flere værelser, hvilket er usundt at bo i i flere dage - det fiksede de ved at spraye parfume i rummet. Deres pool er heller ikke blevet renset i årevis - føj! Wifi var der heller ikke noget af. Book ikke dette hos...
