Non professional! I contacted them to announce our arrival and they said they had an energy / water outage, we had to book another hostel. The manager of the hostel wrote me that they couldn’t make us sleep and then deleted all messages from WhatsApp to avoid being exposed to the website. I reported everything. 👋
