- Receptionist is good man , but he has a female boss very rude. She doesn’t want to serve customers after 10pm… my flight was evening and I reached 10:15 pm… so waited long even I paid by online for her confirmation…. Too bad

+ The lobby is so beautiful.

- The size of the room was too small, almost everything in the room is small sized items,such the table,the toilet. Only suitable for single people. No breakfast included. The cafe is closed around 12-1

+ Good location and comfortable spacious dorm rooms. Private rooms were comfortable but small.

- We had to move rooms twice in three days due to broken and leaking air conditioning and broken door that wouldn’t lock. They asked us to move rooms at 11pm and then moved people into the room at 2am. Barely slept the whole time we were there.

+ location was good with parking.

- The bed, the size of room, the toilet especially!!! The size for two person just tooo uncomfortable. If not couple but friend it will be really awkward. Especially the pillow also quite high; every morning i had shoulder ache but this is personal preference.

+ El personal es muy amable. Zona tranquila alejada de carreteras principales.

- La limpieza de los baños era inexistente. Se notaba que hacía días que no limpiaban. El aire acondicionado de la habitación hacía muchísimo ruido. Incluso usando tapones para los oídos no pude dormir apenas en toda la noche.

- Restaurant mentioned and that's why I booked this place as I stayed only for one night - it was closed!!! No value for the money

- Cannot early check in even just 30-45 mins earlier. I would have even pay additional fees for the early check in. The air conditioner was not cool, even though it was set to the coldest setting, the lowest temperature it was still not cold enough even for the small room. The air conditioner needed servicing, it was full of dust. Lobby toilet got no bidet or hose and one of the toilet needed fixing. it couldnt flush.

- - the room was very small with no storage at all, had to live out of a rucksack for 5 days. The bathroom was tiny, the shower curtain was up against you as you showered - absolutely no soundproofing to the corridor and the doors slammed on the rooms, meaning any time anyone arrived in the early hours or had an early start you get woken up. There was even a cat somehow on our floor two evenings making noise in the corridor which could be heard from the beds. The rooms for some reason each have a big Bluetooth speaker installed into the ceiling so if anybody nearby plays music everyone gets to listen in for free!! - the room had an awful drain smell when we first arrived to the extent where we had to go out and buy a room fragrance to try and mask the smell - the girl on reception in the evening was really miserable, she did not want to help and looked troubled when you asked to give her money for coins for the washing machine. She sat there with headphones in playing on her phone most of the time (the lady working in the mornings in a striped shirt was much nicer and more professional however!) - it was a plus to have a water machine on the floor, but it was a shame that the chiller inside it did not work meaning the water was lukewarm on the coldest setting. Still not a big issue though as it’s still a good feature to have Overall, I would not stay here again and if I knew anyone going to Kota Kinabalu I would advise them not to stay here and find elsewhere

+ One female staff always smiles and introduces a lot of good restaurants.

- The rest of the staffs are indifferent and apathetic. Bar on the sixth floor never stops playing loud music during evening. One day I couldn’t fall asleep till 2:30am and no staffs were helping. The next day the music is still loud.

+ The well-thought design. Plugs for charging are abundant. Filtered heated/chilled water and microwave are available for preparing simple meals. Everywhere was really clean and comfy.

- I suppose it's the cafe that closes a little early for an establishment like this. Rooftop drinking place would be open but i wasn't in the mood for a drink. Just maybe a coffee and a little dessert.

+ G층에서 계단을 이용해 올라갈 수 있는 C층 휴식공간이 넓고 크다. 침실 침대가 아늑함. 벽에 설치된 콘센트가 universal임. 위치가 괜찮은데 비해 가격이 저렴하다.

- 락커 자물쇠가 고장나도 바로 교체하지 않는다. 화장실 관리가 안 됨. 샤워실 바닥에 모래가 쌓여 있는데 청소하지 않거나, 세면대가 더러운데 계속 놔둠. 따뜻한 물이 갑자기 나오지 않을 때가 있어서 추위에 덜덜 떨어야 했음. 창문이 있는데 블라인드를 고장난 채 방치해두어서 정글뷰를 볼 수가 없었음.

+ Fajn ubytování, příjemné prostředí i personál. Na chodbě k dispozici studená a teplá voda, v koupelně sprchový gel i šampon. Na pokoji byl i fén. Měli jsme menší pokoj bez okna, ale na přespání akorát.

+ Very clean and stylish hostel with a big common area. The location is great too. After checking out I could use their luggage storage for 2 nights even though I didn't have an additional booking.

+ Stayed in a four bed dorm with a comfortable bed and a spacious personal locker. The location is good, the air conditioning working very well and a free drinking water dispenser available on every floor.

- The corners under the mattress were quite dirty and the hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty during my entire stay. The dorm doors are very heavy and loud when closed and the WiFi was very unstable.
