I didn't appreciate my stay at all. The bathroom was dirty, it was really noisy and the breakfast wasn't good (pretty rare for mexico where the food is amazing). We couldn't close the window between my room and the one next to it so I could hear everything that was happening. The staff is not really helpful, employees are just chilling in the common areas which was weird ! The only good thing is the location but I would advice you to pick another hostel.
El hostel es muy bonito y muy bien ubicado. Buen desayuno. Sin embargo las camas son incómodas, uno las tiene que armar, no hay cortinas entre las camas y tampoco en la habitación que me tocó (4 camas solo mujeres) tampoco habia tomas cerca de las camas, tuve que enchufar mi teléfono en la sala común y en el comedor. También sucede que si alguien en la habitación de al lado prende una luz, la luz llega a la habitación donde está porque las habitaciones están conectadas por un ventiluz...
The hostel is very nice and very well located. good breakfast. however the beds are uncomfortable, one has to put them up, there are no curtains between the beds and also in the room that I touched (4 beds only women) there were no plugs near the beds, I had to plug my phone in the common room and the dining room. it also happens that if someone in the next room turns on a light, the light reaches the room where you are because the rooms are connected by a vent.
Don't stay. It was so bad. The bathroom are so dirty it has people's stuff in the showers, I'm pretty sure there was a group of men living there. The bed was as hard as a rock. Literally had a pain in my hip as if I slept on the floor on my side. I had crazy allergies, I think the blankets were covered in dust I'm not sure. The only good things I can say are the location is good and the host was pretty nice.
The first time I stayed here it was nicer. This time, it just seems run down. The bathroom smells weird and not super clean, and the beds and pillows are hard as rocks. The staff weren't particularly friendly and were watching tv in the living room until midnight, so it didn't feel like there was anywhere communal or comfortable to hang out. I was in the 2 person dorm room and the floor had hair and dust on it and got really cold at night. I did appreciate that they include a nice breakfast, and...
The best word I can use for this place is ‘serviceable’. The location & security are good, but the bathrooms don’t drain well, the space between beds are so narrow it’s difficult to squeeze thru. There is no obvious signage from the outside and when I arrived first they said I didn’t have a reservation (I had to show the records that I did) and when I left early, they said I hadn’t paid (again, had to show my account b/c I guess they didn’t keep the receipt?) Cute hostel with LOVELY BREAKFAST! The owner is very nice but sadly he barely speaks English. The rooms are quite small but the beds are comfortable. Some reviews say it's not a social place, but for me it was. It's not a party hostel at all but since it is quite small I met most people who were staying there over breakfast and we all went out for activities together! Could usually meet someone in the common room or on the nice rooftop!The are is very nice and safe but a bit far from the center.

Beautiful place really close to good food and big markets - not a big party vibe but great for a relax and a good nights sleep.
Very quiet when I was there; it was a nice break. I loved all the glass..my room had 2 huge windows and in general it is light and bright. Nice rooftop for hanging out. You can cook in the kitchen, which was awesome. Big grocery store with fresh fruit and veg and anything for meals and beverages was just 3 blocks away. Only complaint was there’s really no private place to work but there is a big table in the dining room.

Fiquei apenas uma noite no Hostel, mas achei uma graça, ótimas instalações, jeitinho de casa, situado em um local que me passou segurança. A funcionária que me atendeu foi super solícita e atenciosa. O quarto em si não era o mais moderno (gosto demais quando a cama em quarto compartilhado tem a cortininha de privacidade, não é o caso aqui), mas serviu muito bem ao propósito, cama confortável e cobertores suficientes. Tinha café-da-manhã incluso mas não pude aproveitar pois meu voo...
I stayed only one night in the Hostel, but I found a grace, great facilities, like at home, located in a place that passed me security. The employee who attended me was super solicitous and attentive. The quarto em si was not or more modern (I like it too much when a shared bed in quarto has a privacy curtain, is not the case here), but served very well the purpose, comfortable bed and enough blankets. I even had breakfast but I could not take advantage because my flight was very early.
Great hostel in an excellent location! I had a nice time exploring Coyoacan from here. A few things to note, they don’t have a phone number that works via WhatsApp, and there isn’t the most secure place for luggage storage, although overall it felt secure and safe. Rooms around the front door can hear the door opening and closing but it didn’t bother us. Absolutely great house, kind staff, and it comes with a good little breakfast. Very good value for the location.

My go-to hostel. I stay here every time I come to CDMX. Clean, quiet, perfctly located, afoordable and friendly.
Excelente desayuno, con frutas, yogur y un plato fuerte diferente todos los días. Cómodo colchón, buena ducha, jardines preciosos.

nice location and quiet hostel
Great spot, would definitely recommend to a friend. There are free breakfasts for all the guests so it’s a great place to socialize and meet other travellers.
Great experience. I would summarize it as the middle point between a party hostel and a guest house: you can rest and mind your own business -- if you want -- but you can also meet most of the other guests seamlessly and make plans to explore the city, go out on adventures, and whatnot -- then again, if you want. All amenities work well enough and the common spaces are properly set up for meeting peeps and hanging out.
me encanta este hostal por que esta en una zona muy tranquila de coyoacan, cerca del café la parroquia, museo de frida kahlo, coneteca nacional, plaza mitikah y puedes dar una caminata tranquila por el barrio.
I love this hostel because it is in a very quiet area of coyoacan, near the café the parish, frida kahlo museum, coneteca nacional, plaza mitikah and you can take a quiet walk around the neighborhood.
estuve muy agusto en este hostal, facilidad de llegada me gustó la cercanía al centro de coyoacán y la limpieza del lugar, sin duda lo recomiendo
I stayed very much in this hostel, ease of arrival I liked the proximity to the center of coyoacán and the cleanliness of the place, without a doubt I recommend it

Lamentablemente como el dormitorio esta a la par del salon, hubo mucho ruido de un grupo de personas saliendo al las 5am. Por el resto todo super!

adorei o hostel. tem um jardim e terraza super agradáveis. o staff foi super simpático comigo e acomodou opcoes vegetarianas no café da manhã para mim. as camas não eram tão confortaveis e o wifi nao era estável. ainda sim, consegui trabalhar remoto de la. se melhorassem as camas, era 10/10.
I loved the hostel. it has a super nice garden and terrace. the staff was super friendly with me and arranged vegetarian options at the breakfast cafe for me. as the beds were not so comfortable and the wifi was not stable. still yes, I managed to work remotely from there. if they improved as beds, it was 10/10.
Nice and quiet hostel. Definitely not a social scene, which I preferred. Not the most comfortable beds ever, but perfectly fine. The included breakfast was very good. Loved the quiet neighborhood location.
