Backpackers San Pedro

Ingrese y al otro día de mañana perdí mi campera que era para la nieve y con el interior desmontable . El personal ni se preocupo a nadie le importó , no me ayudaron en nada.tuve que preguntar yo a cada persona que veía. Una desilusión total . Lamentable,

Mira... las personas son muy amables.. pero creo que no tienen respeto por el huésped..la ropa de cama es vieja.. usada.. no dormí nada en la noche.. ya que no hay privacidad .. se escucha todo.. baño feo.. por lo menos la ropa de cama es muy importante que te de tranquilidad... y creí hasta que andaban arañas..poca seguridad en eso...ollas sucias.. viejas...no es lo que indica la publicacion... se sientas y cojines descocidos.. viejos.. cero preocupación por el huésped.. creo que solo qu...

Zeer luidruchtig, als je een goede nachtrust wilt hebben moet je hier niet zijn. Een hostel waar het pas na 24h stil moet zijn. Voor mij dus niet geschikt.

Fui a una habitación privada pero el ambiente del hostal no me permitió descansar un solo momento. Muchas de las habitaciones están al lado de la cocina, a lo que se suma el hacinamiento de las habitaciones y el pésimo aislamiento del sonido y calor, lo que produce un desagradable ambiente para relajarse y tener un poco de privacidad. Worst cleaning service ever, expect your cloth to come back days later and then needing to pay asap when they arrive. Had to leave my meal at a restaurant because they couldn’t keep their word..

Avoid this hostel, there are many significantly better options in San Pedro de Atacama. The hostel is located away from the center of town, and the current manager is extremely rude/uninterested in ensuring guests have a pleasant stay. He was either absent, or when we had an issue he was "busy" or "had a headache". Also, he claimed he didn't speak English when we had a problem...and then spoke perfect English to us later. Really really surprised by the ratings for this hostel. It’s the worst hostel I’ve been to so far in SA. The rooms were really small and stuffy. Didnt seem like blankets had been washed and the bathrooms were dirty. Only one plug in room of 4 which was temperamental and the lady at desk when I checked in was really rude. I needed to extend my stay in San Pedro but definitely didn’t do it here

DON’T TRUST THE REVIEW! I can’t understand why the rate is so high. It’s far from everything, little, old, dirty and dusty. All the infrastructure are poor and old. The rooms are super littke, no window, no air condition, no lockers and no plug to charge your stuff. If you are unlucky to have the upper bed, you always hurt your back and your head. The social area it’s just a table whit 2 bench. And it’s suoer expensive. Terrible! DON’T GO THERE.

Don’t even know how they were able to get that good ratting The most outrageous thing here is that they communicate for a check out at 11, they ask you to leave at 10:30 but they throw you out at 9:30. We ended loosing some of our stuff because they decided to clean our bed before the check out time (9:15) to force us to leave so they can welcome the next guest For the rest it’s just random hostel, maybe the vibe of the city helps to give a good rating because you feel good in town
