+ Hospedagem foi boa, todavia a dona do local não gosta de brasileiros e é extremamemnte racista.

- Dona do local nos chamou de macacos e ficou implicando com a gente durante toda a estadia.

+ Nice hostel, cool decor, clean bathrooms, decent rooms, good WIFI. Hostel, however, turned out to be my WORST hostel experience ever (and I stayed in hundreds of hostels both in South America, as well as Europe, Asia, US, Africa). As mentioned above, hostel seems really nice and I assume I could have a great stay there. Sadly, it wasn’t the case (details below). I feel like they are very much money-oriented and nice only if things go their way.

- Never experienced such an unpleasantness. In short: all is good and nice until it’s not. If you happen to have any kind of dispute,stay might become very unpleasant. I also imagine the hostel will reply to this review by saying it was all my fault and that I am a difficult client (this seems to be the case with other negative reviews, and also their style of handling the discussion when things get difficult). In my case, the contentious case was about joining a tour with the hostel. I said I will join the tour with them (due to weather situation it was only decided the tour will go 2 hours before it was supposed to start). I then changed my mind (found a tour leaving from the city immediately so with higher chances of missing the rain) and informed the hostel that at the end I will not join the activity. The hostel requested me to pay full amount saying I cannot cancel and that costs have already been incurred (apparently during this one hour between my confirmation and change of decision). No one informed about any cancellation policies, and in case of a tour being organised with 2 hours notice it didn’t occur to me my cancellation will be an issue. Hostel quickly escalated the case, the tone was rude and demanding. No amicable dialogue was seeked for, and we immediately entered the war zone. From that moment the hostel seemed to do every possible thing to make my stay difficult. Twice during my stay, I asked whether I can leave my luggage until the evening and wait for my night bus in the common area. They confirmed that twice, but then at the check-out I heard I can only put my backpack until 1 PM. After long requests to be able to store my luggage, they finally agreed. Two hours later I got a message I need to immediately take my bags, otherwise I need to pay for an extra night. I was also not allowed to use the common area to wait for the bus - despite dangerous weather conditions (alarm to evacute the city) and closed bus station.

- 장기간 여행에서 여행계획을 실행하지 못한 숙소입니다. 아주 최악이였어요. 벌레도 많고 간지러워서 죽는지 알았어요. 여직원은 일을 좀 많이 못합니다. 아주 세세하게 이야기하지 않으면 봉변당함

+ Só dá água quente no banho.. Eu e meu esposo. Nos hospedamos de 11 a 14 de Junho de 2025 em Quarto duplo com duas camas de solteiro e banheiro privativo. Primeiro exigiram nosso pagamento só em dólar, em espécie e não nos deram recibo do pagamento mesmo a gente solicitando. Não dão recibo de pagamento. Inclusive o senhor , proprietário que atende nos disse que nos restaurantes e outros Hostals ninguém recebe com cartão Wise, o que é uma inverdade, não é verdade isso, pois tivemos muitas experiências de almoços por lá pagando com o cartão Wise e soubemos de hostals por lá que recebem pagamento por cartão Wise, Visa, Pagamos 159 dólar ( foi exigido apenas o pagamento em dólar)um absurdo. O Wi-fi em toda a instalação é péssimo, também não há um armário adequado para roupas e malas, tem uma coisa de arame, um aramado que mal dá para uma mala. Coloquei a minha no pé da cama que dormi. Tivemos que ir para fora do quarto para conseguir um pouco de internet e ainda muito ruim, nem sempre conseguíamos No quarto, quando vimos foto pelo Booking aparece um desenho de banheira e no banheiro só há chuveiro e cortina, além do vaso e de uma pia bem simples. Tinha água quente no banho. Recebemos umas toalhas muito velhas, finas, ríspidas, para um lugar tão frio que é em Junho em San Pedro do Atacama., toalhas duras e nos arranhava a pele, que não dava para se enxugar bem.

- No café da manhã tínhamos que escolher entre ovos ou panquecas, achei irreal isso, pois estávamos pagando caro em dólar ( foi cobrado antes de entrarmos para o quarto) essa escolha tinha de ser feita na hora por uma funcionária, escolha entre ovos ou panquecas para comer com frios sendo queijo ou presunto que nós é que colocávamos o recheio, isso no café da manhã. Já os pães, muito duros, velhos, e tinha margarina. Um pouco, mais pouco mesmo de frutas cortadas em rodelas muito finas e bem pequenas, num pote pequeno. Café da manhã muito fraco.

- J’ai été très déçue de mon séjour dans cet hostel. Pour le même prix, d’autres voyageurs rencontrés sur place ont payé moins cher ailleurs, tout en étant logés plus près du centre. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai constaté un problème d’accessibilité au service. L’hôte m’a contactée une semaine avant mon arrivée pour savoir si j’avais besoin de quelque chose, mais par la suite, il était presque impossible d’obtenir une réponse de sa part. De plus, il n’y avait aucun réceptionniste en poste jusqu’en soirée le jour de mon arrivée, ce qui m’a obligée à sortir en ville pour organiser mes excursions. Le lendemain matin, la réceptionniste m’a reproché de ne pas avoir réservé mes activités à l’avance, bien que ce soit une pratique courante parmi les voyageurs en hostel. Le même scénario s’est reproduit lorsque j’ai demandé des conseils pour mon transport vers l’aéroport de Calama : son attitude a été particulièrement désagréable, car je ne l’avais pas réservé une semaine avant, lorsqu’elle m’avait écrit. Un autre incident a marqué mon séjour : je me suis fait réprimander pour avoir pris mon petit-déjeuner entre 7h et 7h30, alors que celui-ci était officiellement servi à partir de 7h30. Pourtant, la cuisinière m’avait donné l’autorisation de prendre quelques aliments à emporter, puisque mon excursion débutait à 7h30. À mon retour, la réceptionniste est venue me parler sur un ton condescendant et rabaissant, refusant de prendre en compte que j’avais eu l’accord de la cuisinière. Suite à ce malentendu, on m’a demandé de quitter l’hostel plus tôt que mes amis, qui prenaient pourtant le même bus que moi à 18h. La réceptionniste a même mentionné qu’elle vérifierait les caméras pour s’assurer que je sois bien partie à 16h. Heureusement, j’avais du travail à faire jusqu’à cette heure-là, mais cette situation a rendu mon organisation de départ inutilement compliquée.

- Hellhöriges sehr rudimentäres Hostel, es gibt bessere Unterkünfte für den gleichen Preis Bucht keine Touren über das Hostel!!! Undurchsichtige Preise, es werden vor dem Kauf keine Kontaktdaten der Agenturen weitergegeben, man bekommt keine Bestätigung, Preise deutlich höher als bei Agenturen selber! Vorsichtig sein!

- a lot of guest smoking in the morning and in the night right in front of the rooms which is commom area not outside the hostel room have no fresh air the smoke smell comes into the room always cant find the manager to assist stopping this problems
