Where to start! If you value your life, do not stay here. This place is a genuine fire and health hazard. After working the stair maze (as the lift is not usable and just a storeroom); you will have your room. Room: untidy, dirty, electrics faulty, beds made of tin and rattle. Once you get past the bed bugs and cockroaches, there’s cords running all directions power boards on more boards. The fans were rusted, no AC, no mosquito nets on windows. Bathroom: so dirty, I just walk across the road the public bathroom to number 2, no way was I touching it. No soaps, doors don’t lock, used and bloody bandaids to great you at the door. Common room/kitchen, furniture order then manly itself. The kitchen was such a mess I just didn’t bother. Food hygiene was clearly not a priority, raw chicken left out, dishes everywhere, counters, fridges and storage just packed with crap. Rooftop: so disgusting, tread lightly, or avoid, no view either. 1000s of cigarette butts on roof, drainage areas, bins etc. this place has had no love since Colonisation. Fire exits: in the high likelihood of a fire, don’t use the emergency exits, they all blocked, be prepared to jump balconies to the bar next door. People: this people attracts all sorts of people from the back packers needing cheap to the crazies that make this place unwelcoming. This place needs a good demolition and a reset asap. Do not stay here!

I got Bed Bugs in this hostel! Everything is so dirty and smelly. Also realized this is a place where people live in! 4 days there and never no over had cleaned the room

- So noisy! And people were still outside talking loudly at 2am. Receptionist Lulu could be rude, invasive & immature - as a former long staying tenant I was told - so it’s not as if she’s better than other people living here. Not at all renovated or updated to modern standards. Costs no less than a clean luxury hostel nearby. Although there is supposed to be an age restriction of 35 there are definitely older people living here permanently up to 4 or 5 years continuously who have taken over as if it was their own home, acting quite territorial
+ No health and safety A large staircase was left in front of the room where I was staying, leading into the corridor. And they use the elevator as a storage room. Supposed to be breakfast included But I never saw breakfast. in the shower room i can't wash my my face Because The sink is so narrow And you need to sit side on the toilet.

- Meglio dormire per strada…. Camere minuscole……umidità da far paura e un caldo insopportabile…. Ventilatore in camera pressoché inutile… letti se così li possiamo chiamare, con un materassino di spugna di 5 centimetri appoggiato su una lamiera (agghiacciante!) Le uniche prese di corrente disponibili erano due prolunghe arrotolate alla struttura del letto…. Nessun comodino Nessun armadio Veramente allucinante… Non so come fa ad essere legale e stare aperto un posto del genere

- Vvvvvvvvery hot and moggy room inside, fans do not work, Strongly non-recommended!

- Screaming at neighbouring property bar area and loud music until 1.30am. Tenant jumped on roof an hour or two later and screamed waking up me and causing heart concerns. Immediately booked alternative accommodation and because it was short notice it was expensive. Spoilt the holiday.

- Smelly, dirty, broken, disgusting hostel… I felt scam, this place it’s not cheap for what you get. The beds were broken, and uncomfortable.. the “breakfast” was old peanut butter jars without bread. Those jars were open for weeks, the common areas are SCARY! Nothing works and all the chair are broken and plugs doesn’t work. I SAW A MUSHROOM GROWING on the corridor.. insane! During my whole years of travelling, never stayed in a place like this. Wow

- The noise from other residents all night until 5am and the pub downstairs. Cleanliness was unaccceptable. Never again would We stay there. Not worth the money or experience.

+ Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigener Dusche. Somit akzeptable Möglichkeit zu übernachten. Das Haus ist eher für jugentliche Reisende mit kleinem Buget. Die Lage war super.
- Frühstück musste man selber machen. War aber nicht ganz klar, was vom Haus gestellt wird oder was den vielen anderen Gästen gehört, die hier untergebracht sind.
