horrible expérience, staff qui ne veut tout simplement pas être la. Ce n'est pas un hostel mais plutot un resort avec plein de famille ambiance tres étrange. J'ai reçu ma chambre à 16:30 sans d'explication. le restaurant m'a servie du poulet crue, bref horrible du debut à la fin.

terrible front desk service, I called ahead before booking and said I was five minutes away, exhausted from travel. The guy on the phone was polite, but when I arrived, the girl at the front desk refused early check-in unless I paid $20, which was never mentioned. Her attitude was rigid and dismissive. They refused to reduce or cancel my stay and blamed the booking app. The manager ignored the service issue. I left more stressed than I arrived. Terrible service and no care for customers.

Deux jours de suite j'ai été réveillée par le personnel au milieu de la nuit : le staff entre pour montrer la chambre à des clients et parle sans gêne. Le deuxième jour, pas d'eau dans la salle de bain. Mon avis : Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est !

Ich fand das Hostel eine Frechheit, vor allem für den Preis. Die Musik beim Pool läuft jeden Tag auf einer unerträglichen Lautstärke. Der Pool ist jeden Tag voll mit locals, die ein tagesticket kaufen können. Es gibt so keinen einzigen Ort wo man chillen könnte. Die Preise im Restaurant sind lächerlich hoch. Und als ich um eine Nacht verkürzen wollte, habe ich das Geld nicht zurück bekommen. Nicht zu empfehlen.

We arrived at the hostel after booking with Hostelworld and were told there was no space for us to stay due to an error with the booking system. They did not help us book a new hostel and everywhere was busy and it was a Friday night. We asked for our deposit back and they said we had to contact Hostelworld and did not help us at all. We ended up staying in a hostel for double the price as there was not much availability anywhere else. Do not book through Hostelworld

Honestly everything but our room was great. Good luck to anyone else staying in 137/138. $60+ dollars a night to throw us in a closet with a bunk bed shoved in it. A solid foot and a half of walking space. None of the outlets worked, went to host and let them know, no one came up to address the issue at all. Bar/Restaurant is great (a bit pricy but hey it's a convenience), The indoor outdoor atmosphere with art all around and a beautiful pool.

location is A+ and the staff was nice but the dorm and the bathroom was extremely dirty. you could just tell that it's not been properly cleaned in ages. everything was really worn down as well.

They didn't have the dorm available and also they charged me more, saying the the deposit I paid on hostelworld was excluded. They have to give me the money back of the deposit. The receptionists are incompetent and not professional.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Man kann den Rucksack kaum ablegen. Gibt keine Ablage. Die Preise sind sehr hoch. Das Essen ist gut, aber im Verhältnis zu den Restaurants drum herum sehr hoch.

When I was there, nothing more than a tiny trickle came out of the showerhead. It was impossible to have a good shower. However, staff were really friendly and helpful and breakfast was also nice.

The hostel is not as social as they are trying to be. Even though we asked to get our room cleaned the housekeeping didn’t do it. It’s okay to stay there but if you wanna be social and book tours you should stay somewhere else where they are more experienced

I planned to stay 3 days in Granada but stayed for 10 because of Socialtel! A peaceful paradise on the central Plaza (where walking tours start), easy to get to Lake Nicaragua, markets, Calle la Calzada. Their swimming pool, co-working space, bar/restaurant are all great, and the nicest dorm / private rooms in all of Nicaragua. But most of all, the staff were amazingly helpful throughout my stay (special shout out to Tania, Isai and Axel for their help with my day trips and shuttles! Will return

Great location but no atmosphere at all - didn’t seem to be any activities happening or any way to meet people. Very little space in the room for anything other than the bed, there was also no filtered water available and the laundry service was super expensive. Fine for a stop over but wouldn’t recommend it as a hostel to meet people / stay for longer than a night

Muy bonito

Felt like more of a hotel than hostel. Families, pets, and waking up to loud construction were all unexpected features of this hostel.

The location of socialtel is so good. Its so easy to walk to eveything from here. The building and layout of the hostel is stunning. There are lots of activities to do but it was very quiet when we were there. We preferred drinking in other hostels as they were more lively. It was the most expensive hostel on our 2 weeks in nicaragua.

Great hostel located in the city's main square. My dorm was cleaned everyday, the staff was very nice and helpful and therestaurant is also very nice. The hostel has a great interior design,it has a swimming pool and a lot of different spots to hang out. It has a nice atmosphere but is not that easy to find backpackers, since it is also a hotel.

Overall just sufficient, only because I paid a Black Friday rate. At the regular price, it’s not worth it. Very dark room and bathroom with no windows. No bed curtains and AC fixed at 21–22°C, which made me sick. Despite the name, it’s not social at all: activities are advertised but there are not enough people. I was alone in an 8-bed dorm. Restaurant overpriced. Worst part: after booking an overpriced taxi with them, I was asked to pay a day pass to stay after checkout. Never happened b...

Prima hostel maar van dat social in socialtel is weinig te merken. Prima om te slapen maar voor solo backpackers niet leuk.

Auberge Magnifique

Beautiful location and interior, big rooms, not so social and the bathroom was overflooded sometimes. Good food but no kitchen

I just LOVED my stay here!! Can only recommend! AC, Towel, Body wash, shampoo, conditioner and a clean bathroom! Everything I could ever ask for in a hostel. Big pool, library and movie room you have many options to relax. Since I went in low season I had a dorm for myself and it was just perfect. Maybe a bit too peaceful but after a long day just what I personally needed. Nice and helpful staff!

Super nettes Personal! sehr zentral, leider nicht die saubersten Toiletten reicht aber vollkommen für einen kurzen Trip nach Granada!

Hostel felt huge, very nice lobby and pool. For the price we’re paying WITH air con it was a steal, although it may have not been the best. Wifi was spotty at times and the shower was not very good. Free walking tour through the hostel was great, couldn’t recommend the walking tour more! (or booze cruise even though i didn’t participate)
