Color Hostel Palomino

It’s more a hotel than a hostel. It’s not the typical place you aspect on Hostelworld. The facility itself is nice and clean. The location is not the best. It’s at the main road where you have a lot of traffic. It’s not a noise issue but not nice to walk if you want to go to the beach or restaurants. During the day you have no shadow and during the night mostly no street lights. It feels unsafe at night because of the traffic. I also would not recommend to laundry service. They only acce...

This place was the bees freaking knees. For anyone who wants a break, a chill or just some time alone in the most beautiful calming hostel, this is your place. I booked 2 nights and extended a 3rd and I went to the beach for one of those days (not incredible and pretty big walk but interesting to see) and sat by the pool & listened to my book. While I was sitting by the pool I even spotted monkeys in the trees! The food is incredible too.

Our stay at Color was the best one in Columbia so far. We got upgraded to a private room free of charge the first 4 nights we stayed because no one else was in the dorms. This is place is perfect if you want to relax away from all the parties. I loved being able to walk back here (20 mins from the beach) for it to be super quiet. The pool and the restaurant are added extras. Highly recommend staying here. 10/10

We absolutely loved our stay here. We were originally only meant to stay for 3 days and extended it to 8 because we loved it so much. The staff are nice, the breakfast is lovely and there was a nice calm atmosphere. What we loved most, though, were the owners- they were so helpful and welcoming and made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this hostel to anyone planning a trip to palomino.

I just loved staying at the Color Hostel Palomino. It’s a beautiful facility with an amazing swimming pool, first rate pool table and a restaurant that was the best place to eat in Palomino. I stayed there a week and it could not have been nicer. All the staff were just wonderful. The place is being cleaned constantly and the care everyone takes is clear. Luckily it’s far enough away from “hostel city” in downtown Palomino to allow guests staying for a serene perfect stay. 10 stars not e...

Nice and relaxing

Très bel hostel, ressemble davantage a un hôtel mais a un prix d’hostel! Nourriture excellente et personnel super gentil! Il faut avoir une petite base en espagnol puisque le personnel parle peu anglais. Je recommande le service de lessive tout était en bon état! L’hostel est situé loin du centre-ville mais se fait facilement a pied. Le soir moins intéressant vu le trafic de camion lourd. Mais magnifique jardin, belle piscine et très propre. Chambre lavée tous les jours.

10/10 A place to rest, away from the town center, but close enough to be able to move on foot (the main street is only 5 minutes away and the beach 15 minutes away on foot), with a pleasant walk over the places that the town has. I felt at home, a small place, very clean, organized, the room with air conditioning, very cool, the staff very friendly, attentive to what I needed. A very nice pool, you can breathe a cozy atmosphere. And the icing on the cake... the food... Ufff!! Not to be missed. V...

Muy buena atención! Las chicas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y súper servicial. El ambiente fue muy tranquilo y la comida del restaurante absolutamente rica y recomendable.
