Not very clean for the bed and the hot water not on the time, but the public area, staffs, and breakfast are awesome.

The hostal has a very bad smell of cat urine and cat hair everywhere, since there are cats living inside. Returned back to the hostal in the evening to find my bed occupied by someone else, so had to change (No staff there to ask for over an hour). Bedbugs were then found in the next bed and staff seemed to not even care when told and shown them on the bed walking on the sheets. Locker couldn't be locked as was broken. The place needs a very deep clean. No idea why such a high rating.

Hostal très bien placé mais CRADE ! C’était sale partout, il y a des chats qui font pipi et caca partout, ça sent très mauvais. On a trouvé plusieurs cafards et des bêtes dans la chambre et les douches, Il n’y a pas de rideaux aux fenêtres de la chambre. Ce n’est pas insonorisé, et les draps sentaient mauvais. Il y a un petit dej inclu que nous n’avons même pas essayé de goûter tellement l’hostal est sale.

Por mucho, es el peor hostal donde me he quedado. Por alguna razon el hostal tiene muy buena calificación, pero es bastange malo. De entrada, solo tiene 3 regaderas bastante pequeñas (ni siquiera se puden estirar los brazos) y solo tienen 2 baños muy pequeños para todos los huespedes. En el hostal tienen gatos los cuales cagan y orinan en las regaderas, por lo cual huele muy mal. Los gatos se suben a la mesa del comedor, lo cual no es nada higiénico. si eres una mujer viajando sola, mejor busca otro lugar, los espacios estan muy sucios y le falta mucho mantenimiento al lugar, las toallas no estaban limpias y estaba lleno de cucarachas, las duchas no tienen privacidad y los baños no estan en las mejores condiciones, la ubicación está muy bien pero es una propiedad que tienen MUY mal cuidada, esperaba más del desayuno incluido, no nos sentimos seguras al 100% lo unico rescatable son los hermosos gatos que viven ahi pero solo eso

It's a house with bunk beds inside, it does the job as a place to sleep. To expensive for a low quality place like this. The facilities are falling apart.

Sorry but this whole hostel smelled like cat p***, especially the showers (because they have 2 cats living there). The floors were super dirty, dead cockroaches everywhere, really small hostel, but the smell was so awful. My bed was also full of cat hairs

Uno de los lugares más tranquilos que he encontrado para hospedarme, si quieren un lugar tranquilo y donde la paz se siente desde las mascotas hasta el equipo de trabajo.

Viajero is always a safe choice. Nice facilities, good atmosphere and most important to me, clean. If you want to have a good time traveling, Viajero is the place to go!

Great place and staff!!

Good: friendly staff & location Bad: building has a “courtyard” in the middle- no walls- basically an open house (normal here) but this is the smoking area meaning the entire place smells like smoke. Showers (curtain only) are also here so shower in whatever temp it is outside (today 6degrees). Dorms share windows - wall gaps- you’re part of 18guests lifes with full sound. Breakfast (9-11am) not ready by 10.15 when I had to go. Made me pay more than HW stated.No lockers. Not working hous...

Hostel bien placé, très cool avec des animaux et de la bonne musique. Douche peu pratique et peu conforable.

Está bien por el precio que incluye desayuno pero el lugar no es cómodo en absoluto, lo encontré muy sucio y nada social

El hostel es muy pintoresco y tiene una muy buena ubicación para ir andando. Tienen dos gatos y un perro que son súper amorosos. Ofrecen desayuno pero no lo recibimos, podrían mejorar la atención y comunicación.

the location is good and the city is safe. there are two cats and a dog in the house. no reception and no ringing bell, we were waiting outside the hostel until one client helped to open the door. no breakfast during our stay, many people were waiting the breakfast in the morning but nobody was preparing for it even though the host said they will have breakfast when check in. only two toilets and the bathrooms are with curtains only.

Amazing place

great location and creative breakfasts. nice support from stuffs. interested activities. cute animals accompany. The workers/volunteers may party till late even guests all rest. if people gethering together in the yard then there is no way to keep noice out of your room. join or bare.

Bathroom situation very much not ideal. Three ( very dirty ) showers for 20ish people. Only 2 bathroom stalls as well.
