the hostel advertised a price but when i arrived i was met with a hostile attitude and a double charge. there was 0 customer service no understanding from the owner Michael who was rude and dismissive as if i set the price. i travelled with my 15year old son anv i was out on thr street in a town i dont know with niwhere to stay. these are disgusting people operating a business without any ACCOUNTABILITY.
