It was the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. There was a lot of noise in the common area (laughter and loud conversations) at 8 am, the hostel staff should have warned him, he didn't. There was noise until very late at night. We were treated like we weren't there. I was never comfortable. there were insect lizards in the bathroom and inside the hostel.
The reviews were really good which was misleading as the beds were awful and the total of 2 showers and one sink were very dirty. People were very nice and hostel was chilled but overall would not recommend :(
There was nothing wrong with RoadRann it just wasn’t great. The host was nice but not based on site so checking in and out was a bit of a faff. The towels and bedding were clean but old. Generally the place is ok but small so there wasn’t much vibe when I was there - I visited friends in other hostels and they were much better. So, it’s ok, but really there are much better places in Pai. I wouldn’t stay there again
It was a joyful encounter as soon as we entered the hostel. Atmosphere was good. The garden was quite beautiful. The location was quite close to the center. But the beds were never comfortable. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash hands. It would be better if the lockers were in the room.

Very calm, if you are not a party person. But the walls are very thin so can hear when people talk in the other rooms. No curtains. Not social. Beds felt like rocks
Don’t stay here. Although the location is good, the condition/facilities of the hostel are really poor. The mattress was the most uncomfortable and painful bed i’ve ever slept on. The hostel room had bare, dirty concrete flooring. The hair catcher from the shower drain from previous guests was left on the side filled with hair which was disgusting. On our first night we also saw two massive bugs, one being found in a bed. The room was also covered in ants. Overall, a very disappointing stay...
Wir hatten ein privates 2er Zimmer: Leider hatten wir seeeehr viele Ameisen im Zimmer, das Bad war schimmelig, die Betten super unbequem und der Raum sehr düster. Das Hostel ist ein Cannabis-freundlicher Ort, falls das als störend empfunden werden kann. Wir mussten beim Check-In leider auch 2 Stunden warten, weil niemand da war/auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert hat. Für kurzen Aufenthalt aushaltbar aber gibt definitiv schönere Orte in Pai
We had a private 2nd room: unfortunately we had seen too many ants in the room, the bathroom was foul, the beds were super uncomfortable and the room was very dark. the hostel is a cannabis-friendly place, if that can be perceived as disturbing. we had to wait at check-in for 2 hours because no one was there/reacted to our messages. for short stays affordable but there are definitely nicer places in pai
Location is great and the owner/ receptionist were nice+ welcoming. But despite advance booking, I didn’t have a bed first night and slept on the floor with no discount :/ Downside is the dorm’s lock is deadbolt and so you choose locking the bedroom and locking people out with no way to get in or leaving it unlocked. It doesn’t remain closed without locking so you sleep in a room with open door all night. The gate+ side door stay open so we felt unsafe. Also, the bathrooms are not clea...
Hostel par très cher et proche du centre. En revanche les chambres n’ont pas de fenêtres qui se ferment donc préparer vous à avoir du bruit (surtout si vous avez un sommeil léger) + les lits superposés bougent beaucoup donc pas très agréable… Mais sinon le mood est sympa, on va dire que ça fait l’affaire si vous ne restez pas longtemps !
Hostel by very expensive and close to the center. on the other hand the rooms do not have windows that close so prepare yourself to have noise (especially if you have a light sleep) + the bunk beds move a lot so not very pleasant... But if the mood is not nice, we will say it is done if you do not stay long !

Great little hostel that's a 5 minute walk to the city centre. Fairly quiet so if you just wanna chill, this is a good place. If you're looking for a more social atmosphere, you're best off elsewhere. Staff can help book activities and give you suggestions.

The owner was super friendly 🥹 really made me feel so welcome and even offered to take me places. The private room was so nice! It was in a separate building from the dorms, which I really liked, very quiet. I only planned to stay for a night, but I extended to 2 more nights as it was a great spot to have some downtime. Room was spacious and very good value for money. Only negative is the mattress was very hard and wasn’t the most comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back ...

super awesome place, cool location, dope staff. only thing are beds are kinda hard, but definitely good cheap stay.
Fun hostel to stay at, great location as it’s a really short walk into the town and night market. Toilets and showers were always clean and the staff came a few times everyday to sweep the dorm floors and take out trash. Skate park in the back is an added bonus, plus the common area in the front is great for socialising. Plenty of scooter parking as well. The staff definitely made our stay, they were super helpful with planning things to do in Pai and really friendly too!

Eine freundliche und gemeinschaftliche Atmosphäre. Der Gastgeber war super hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Hostel hatte eine sehr gute Lage, man konnte gut mit weiteren Reisenden connecten, aber auch entspannen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine super Zeit!
The host was super helpful and attentive. the hostel had a very good location, you could connect with other travelers, but also relax. overall we had a great time!
This is certainly of my favorite hostels I’ve ever been too. The best people and the immaculate vibe just make the experience! Can highly recommend it.
