Stayed here for 1 night and was shocked at the poor conditions given the price. I stayed in a private room by myself. The door to my room did not lock. When I expressed this issue to the staff, they nonchalantly told me nothing will happen and it's fine, despite my repeated concerns that someone could break into my room while I was sleeping or steal my belongings while I was out exploring the city. As a result, I asked to store my laptop in a locker for my stay, to ensure it did not get stolen. ...

The worst hostel I've stayed in by far. I was booked in for 10 nights for business but left after two. It is deeply unsanitary: the bathrooms are falling apart, with decrepit fixtures and disgusting furniture. There was no hot water on my three attempts to shower and I had to get dressed in a laundry closet. The rooms are insecure. The dorms do not lock, anyone in the building can access any dorm, and lockers are flimsy. No wifi in dorms, reading lights, sockets near beds, etc. Don't stay here.

No privacy, no essentials, not clean. Terrible. And way too expensive. Will not be back.

I have been in hostels in more than 20 countries in the world. So I’m talking from experience. if you are used to an atmosphere, chill and fun staff and overall European/South American hostel. DONT STAY HERE. I explain: -no place to put your bags. (All of your stuff is laying anywhere) -one bathroom for a ten people room. No key for rooms, no big locker to store backpack, staff is not available at every hour, so expensive for what it is, no plugs near to beds to charge your devices. It wasn't a bad experience but the price is not worth it at all.

It’s a great place for people traveling solo. It has all the right amenities to make your stay comfortable. The best part is that it’s only 2 minutes away from the subway station, so you can get anywhere very quickly. I would definitely stay there again, and the staff is very friendly.

Had a pleasant time here. Fabulosa the receptionist were all helpful. Room lockers were small, broken, and unsecure. Overall had a good 3 nights. Just remember to bring earplugs.

Awesome building and location. Nice mix of old interieur and refurbished-modern bathrooms. Only the stairs challenged me too hard. Would be nice to have a chair and more power sockets in the rooms. Also the locker didn‘t work because it couldnt get in the right position for the key to be removed (b61). But apart from those little things it‘s such a cool hostel. Its location near Central Park is exactly what I needed. All other aspects such as the wonderful staff, facilities and lovely atmosphere were a bonus.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The common areas of the Hostel are some of the nicest I have ever seen and everything is kept perfectly clean. Only two drawbacks: the beds are made out of thin metal frames, which means you can feel every movement of the person in the top bunk. Also the beds are lacking cover (no curtains whatsoever).And there is no washing machine to launder your own clothes on the premises. So with some minor improvements could be the perfect Hostel!

Recomiendo totalmente alojarse aquí! Ubicación perfecta en un barrio hermoso a 1 cuadra de Central Park. Instalaciones cómodas y amplias. Solo mejoraría la litera superior que se mueve un poco. Los voluntarios te hacen sentir como en casa. Y el precio es bueno con respecto a lo que se obtiene.

Great place to stay. Central without being too crowded. Typical hostel environment. Lovely chill-out spaces. A small issue with the shower was resolved in a timely fashion, showing a caring attitude.

Auberge de jeunesse impeccable, accueillante en donnant toutes les informations utiles durant notre séjour (à 2 pas de Central parc et du métro). L’état des lieux est impeccable, avec tout le besoin nécéssaire (espace de vie commune…). Étant un voyageur solo, j’ai pris une chambre de 10 lits. Le lit était confortable rien à redire et il y a (2 salles de bain à disposition, neufs et impeccables. J’ai pu faire que de bonnes rencontres bien veillantes ! Je recommande cette auberge...
