+ Nada porque yo y mi grupo de amigos no nos pudimos alojar
- No digo que el.personal sea malo si no que por esperar unos 30 minutos para que pudiésemos entrar se lo hubiéramos agradecido aparte también entiendo que tienen sus normas y sus horarios y como la puerta cerraban a una hora en concreto y no llegábamos a dicha hora

- Hicimos la reserva en la mañana y dijimos que vamos a llegar en la noche. Nos dejaron en la calle a la medianoche. No respondieron a timbre ni llamadas ni tocar la puerta. Nadie abrió y tuvimos que buscar hospedaje en plena noche aunque habíamos reservado con esta hostal. Malísimo y peligroso

- Eu e minha esposa chegamos pela madrugada e ninguém nos recebeu. A HOSPEDAGEM ESTAVA TRANCADA. Tocamos a campainha diversas vezes; Ligamos muitas vezes. E fomos deixados na rua, no frio às 4 horas da manhã. Este hotel trata seus hóspedes com um profundo descaso. Recomendo a distância deste lugar.

+ El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y el host Don Marcos fue muy amable con nosotros.
- El problema fue su falta de opción de pago por tarjeta, ingresé mis datos en Booking y luego me toco pagar en efectivo. Esto no representaría un problema si es que en el pueblo existiera un cajero de mi banco, por lo cuál, esto me representó un inconveniente. Además la cocinera del desayuno fue algo grosera con nosotros.

It is a nice hostel. We stayed in a dorm for six people, the room was nice and clean, we had two bathrooms what was nice. The shower was very hard to use - the water was boiling hot. In the room there isn’t much place to storage your things nor lockers. Unfortunately we thought we could also use the kitchen, but it was only for the staff to make breakfast…for themselves. Lady in the kitchen was very sweet and let us use some things in the kitchen. There is coffee, but i don’t recommend i...
I would give this hostel 20 stars…it’s amazing! Marco is a lovely host and the rooms are beautiful, cleaning, safe and spacious. Can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is….and Alausi is the perfect size town if you like a combination of natural beauty and amenities.
+ L'emplacement est parfait, très central. Le check in était fluide et rapide, nous avons même pu le faire une petite heure avant. Les équipements et le mobilier sont modernes et impeccables. Bref, c'est un hostel qui mérite sa note.

+ Muy buena atención. El lugar donde se encuentra el hotel es estupendo, justo al lado de la estación de ferrocarril. Mucha tranquilidad y paz tanto en la estancia en el hotel como al rerrcorer cada rincón de Alausí, esperamos volver pronto.
+ The place is very clean and well-kept. Beds and rooms comfortable.
- The train was closed down due to mudslides (which I didn’t know til I got there) so there were no other guests at the hostel. As such, no meals were offered. The meals in town were typical Ecuadorian. I was looking forward to a great communal Meal I’d read about at the hostel. Oh well.
+ The owner was super friendly. The train didn't go, so he showed a hike I could take instaed. The hostel was very clean and there is coffee and tea you can take. The hot shower was amazing.
+ Hostal hyper bien agencé, décoré, propre. Chambres spacieuses. A quelques minutes à pied de l'arrêt de bus et du train pour Devil' nose. Café, chocolat et thé à disposition.

+ La atención brindada es excelente, el dueño mismo te brinda todas las comodidades y te pregunta si necesitas algo siempre, solo busca que te sientas cómodo…

+ La limpieza del hotel y las instalaciones divinas y los dueños muy amables. El desayuno estuvo espectacular también.

+ La ubicación es excelente a pocos metros de la estación del tren. Las instalaciones son muy limpias. Es un Hostel de primera.
- Una noche no tuvimos agua caliente, fue el único inconveniente.
+ Super nice team, and the location is great: right in the middle of town but quiet. Our room was new, super clean, very comfy and with enough room to store luggage, hang clothes. It's a really nice place, and the little museum section in the stairway and the guestbook writings on the wall give it it's very own charm.
- Really the only thing we found unfortunate: our room didn't have a window.
