I can't really say much good, the negative definitely outweighed the negative. From the cleanliness of the room to the breakfast and the staff, nothing was as expected. In the first room, when we first checked the bed (checking for bedbugs), we noticed a lot of stains and hair. I called the front desk worker, he confirmed the incident and tried to apologize to himself and the housekeeping staff. I asked him for fresh sheets and pillows because they smelled of something, I thought perfume. The next day I spoke to the day manager and instead of leaving the hotel I was given an upgrade. I checked the room after they had actively and thoroughly cleaned it, it was OK. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were very "Colombian", not very hospitable and a bit "lazy" compared to the rest of the world.
