Really bad, staff were disorganised and drunk. Bathrooms were gross, just overall a bad hostel.
I booked a private tent and it was horrible. When I got there the AC wasn't on and it was 37°C in there. I had the AC running the whole night and the lowest temperature I got was 30°C. They didn't have shared bathrooms for the tent, so I just had to go into a random dorm in which no one was staying in. The bathroom was dirty and there wasn't anywhere to put your stuff. Also no soap or anything. There was almost no one staying in the hostel and the vibe was off. I left early.
Staff have a bad attitude problem. In the bathroom no hook no shelf nothing to put your things so just gets wet. Hostel is very neglected not clean rooms I understand it’s cheaper but put some effort in at least
really recommend not to stay here. dirty, brown pool, brown tap water, blood on the bathroom floor, toilet blocked everyday. bed was comfy and phoenix at reception was nice. location is close to the beach but has more atmosphere at a funeral. overpriced, avoid
i won't even cap this was the the most utterly disappointing experience of my life I wouldn't recommend this hostel to my worst enemy godspeed to anyone that books this place
BED BUGS !!!!!! Plus all the reviews on google are fake because the staff bribes people with drinks. Rooms are nice if it wasn’t for the bed bugs. My friend and I checked out after one night and got a snarky remark from the manager when she said we only lasted one night, which we responded because of the bed bugs, there was no comment and no compensation from the masses that left that day. Also no party vibe and filled with strange men sleeping in the wrong beds cooked on drugs. DO NOT STAY!

Die Badezimmer im Zimmer haben gestunken und wurden in den ganzen 3 Tagen einmal bisschen geputzt. Der Pool war teilweise super dreckig und von Feuerameisen umgeben. Die allgemeinen Klos und duschen sind draußen und auch nicht wirklich sauber oder angenehm zu benutzen. Sehr sozial ist es dort auch nicht. Einige der Mitarbeiter wirken sehr genervt und nicht so begeistert. Es gab so gut wie kein Angebot an irgendwas, obwohl im Internet anders geworben wird. Leider würde ich es niemals empfehlen.
The bathrooms in the room stunk and were cleaned a little bit in the whole 3 days. the pool was partly super dirty and surrounded by fire ants. the general toilet and showers are outside and not really clean or pleasant to use either. it's not very social there either. some of the staff seem very annoying and not so enthusiastic. there was almost no offer on anything, although it is advertised otherwise on the internet. unfortunately i would never recommend it.
Ich würde das Hostel kein zweites Mal buchen. Die Matratze in meinem Bett war durchgelegen, es gab keinen Vorgang zum zuziehen für etwas Privatsphäre im Etagenbett (nur ein festgemachtes, dreckiges Tuch). Die Ausstattung war alt und ungepflegt, es gab kein zentrales Licht im Zimmer, im Badezimmer war der Wasserdruck so niedrig das ,, richtiges" duschen unmöglich war, die Klimaanlage war eiskalt in der Nacht, sodass alle im Zimmer einen Pulli angezogen haben, das Personal ist ziemlich abweise...
I would not book the hostel a second time. The Mattress in my bed was leaky, there was no need to straighten up for some privacy in the floorbett (only a festgemachtes, dirty Tuch). The furnishings were old and unkempt, there was no central light in the room, the water pressure in the bathroom was so low that a "proper" shower was impossible, the air conditioning was freezing at night, so everyone in the room wore a sweater, the staff is quite dismissive.
considering it’s called slumber party, there is absolutely NO party at all. we booked a 6 dorm and ended up with a 10. The shower facilities were broken and overall disgusting, would take you about a hour just to wash your hair & then some. The lack of furniture around the pool was awful, they had bean bags that were ripped to shreds & day beds by the beach which has mould growing on. The staff were quite rude and blunt. Restaurant was non existent. Overall wouldn’t recommend to anyone :/

Gun the manager of the year he when Above & Beyond I don’t know how but he be able to answer all my questions that is . The hotel is spotless very clean and good vibe. If you’re looking for a place with highly security and a lot of open space, good location on the beach and swimming pool this hostel is for you and to all the staff Boom, Bee Phoenix, thank you for good energy. You gave it to us. This place is one of my best hostel of the trip so far. I will definitely come back next month. ...

Great vibe here and a beutiful place and the staff are super friendly also. Gun, fenix and all the other staff are amazing
Hostel is in a great location and has really good facilities. The common area is super chill and very open which is nice. Beds and rooms are comfortable and clean, as well as all the bathrooms. All the staff are fantastic: Gun, the manager, is incredibly lovely and always really helpful; as well as the reps/bar staff Angie, Phoenix, BB and Bom.
Great hostel, nice pool and comfy beds, right on the beach with good common area, Gun and phoenix were both very helpful, you can ask them anything!
I came for one night and stayed for a week, this place is magical the staff the guests all felt like one big family. Special Thanks to Gun,BB,Phenix,Bum and Angie for your hospitality. See you next time.
Such a fun place defo recommend. Staff were amazing especially Gun!! Would defo stay here again right on the beach and great pool.

Amazing hostel. Nice rooms, good facilities, beautiful location right on the beach and amazing staff. Gun is also the best hostelmanager in any hostel we have stayed in. So involved and easy to talk to. He and the rest of the staff make the hostel what it is

The hostel is comfortable, and at night it’s lively and fun. People chill by the beach, watching beautiful sunsets. There’s a nice swimming pool, and the rooms are clean. However, most of the time other guests bring dirt into the room, and you just have to accept it since it’s a budget hostel and you’re sharing with people you don’t know. Everyone has different habits. Unless you stay in a private room it’s more comfortable obviously. If you have a higher budget, I’d definitely rec...

Die Lage ist sehr gut direkt am Strand. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr nett. Die Preise an der Bar und dem Restaurant sind fair.

Gun the manager was extremely kind and helpful many times. Good guy, everyone else lovely too
