Hostel Peace & Love

the hostel is super nice, you can book safari tours there. we went with roger who was the best guide you can ask for! super happy dude, cooked amazing food and was overall really keen on giving you the best experience. the manager was also kind but always on the phone even whole talking to you and promises you rooms you don’t get in the end. this was a bit annoying. the rooftop is amazing and the cook in the restaurant is the best man!

Great hostel! They are so incredibly hospitable and we would absolutely stay here again. We booked the desert safari with them and it was 10/10. They even dropped us off at the train station at midnight

I loved this place !! The staff is really kind , helpful & patient. He cooked for me at 1am because my bus was late . I extend one more night , beds are really coumfy you will sleep well into the fort and have priceless view with your meals! I recommend and definitely would love go back again

Perfect stay if you’re in Jaisalmer. Location is in the fort, the rooftop has amazing view and my room was very comfortable. Halim made our stay incredible. From the cafe, chill hangout spots in the hostel, and information - all were perfect. Definitely book the desert safari, it wasnt touristy at all and we had the entire desert to ourselves for stargazing

Very quiet and welcoming place, amazing experience in the desert at a very competitive price

wonderful experience! When we decided spontaniously to stay 3 days longer it was no problem. With Banu we had some nice chats about indian culture and the cook doesn't only make delicious food. Don't hesitate to ask for help for finding a bus station. on Our check out day our train left only in the evening but they provided us a free room in the afternoon for resting and chilling for no charge. We also did the Safari (the long version to the sand dunes) - highly recommended, the money it values!

Loved our stay here. The host was very responsible and friendly. Cozy stay inside the fort. Eventhough it was summer, the insides were cool and we managed with a non AC room. That too within budget as well. 10/10 would recommend

It feels like home, just like ur the king of the fort.

We were instantly at home upon arrival. Halim is an exceptional host. He offered us a room after we had checked out to nap in the heat of the day before our train. The location is perfect in the fort, close to everything with phenomenal views over the city from the room. They serve amazing food from a long menu on the rooftop patio. They run safaris to remote isolated places nobody else goes. I almost stayed somewhere else and am so glad I changed to stay here last minute.

Great spot here in the fort. Halim and everyone here at Peace and Love are amazing, so helpful and really make the hostel feel like home!

Perfect hostel in Jaisalmer with an amazing fort view, comfortable rooms and helpful, friendly staff. They also serve delicious food from the rooftop restaurant which is a great place to easily meet other travelers. I went on a one night camel safari organised by the hostel and it has been one of the highlights of my trip in India so far. Definitely stay here if you are visiting Jaisalmer. Thank you to the team for such a great stay!

Nice view from the top of the terrace and friendly staff. You can order anything from their inhouse restaurant running on top of the fort. Went for dessert safari also. Highly recommendable

Amazing hostel! Best I’ve stayed in India so far by quite a margin. I’d say it feels more like a home stay, with how welcoming the staff are. There’s a brilliant place to get food on the rooftop, with great views of the city. The Hostel is brilliantly located and is close to everything you would want to see. They also offer a brilliant camel safari in the desert which was the highlight of my trip to Jaislamer!

Great location, really nice view from the terrace. Good food and drinks, organises good tours to the desert as well. Staff is super kind and helpful, made me feel very much at home. Recommend!

This was by far one of the nicest stays that we had in India. Halim and his team are the nicest people and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time. They also organized an overnight desert tour which was a highlight of our trip so far. We would come back anytime.
