Three high school girls who sit around and barely move, give you attitude, are super rude and act like pretentious teenage girls who are so disinterested in what they're doing that it's almost as if you're inconveniencing them. They even had the audacity to perform the following scene, one is holding my passport, the other is barely typing confused, while the trainer is casually giving them instructions looking so disinterested in the whole affair that it's almost as if you're bothering her

Elevator broken, loose sockets in the bathroom, bed with a mattress so thin I could feel each individual bed board, dirty walls, stained shower, and no vibe, there was no comfortable place to socialise, the bar areal ooked like it would fit in a prison. Staff were friendly enough.

Not as advertised at all, we stayed in a private room which looked more like a dingy hotel, it had no window, aircon or heating so it got very humid and freezing during the night. The rooms were dated old and falling apart and the shower was rusted and mouldy Very disappointed

Well the facilities were terrible, super super old, the isolation is zero you can hear the next room flush or walk or talk, it is horrible to rest and sleep and that was the private room

Doors closet and toilet littrsllt everything in the room and people just making noises from those all the time, can’t sleep or literally impossible to sleep in this hostel.

Staff was a bit arrogant besides a woman with glasses, she was really sweet.

I really liked the area but unfortunately the hostel did not meet my expectations at all. There was no proper common area, only a bar that was presented as ‘open’ but there was no one there for orders. The vibe was just really low and sad, probably also because of the poor lighting. We had a room with a dirty floor and no fresh air (the windows were sealed), no toilet paper nor soap. The beds were comfortable but I wouldn’t recommend it for more than one night, especially as a solo travele...

Kein Personal, was die Anreise, sowie Abreise sehr kompliziert macht, im Zimmer brennt Licht in der Nacht, ich will SCHLAFEN!!!!! Die Betten quietschen bei jeder Bewegung und das Bett fühlt sich an wie für 5 Euro aus'm Flohmarkt gekauft. Nachdem ich ein paar Sachen vergessen habe musste ich 25 Euro Gebühren bezahlen, reinste Abzocke, würde keine 5 Euro dafür mehr bezahlen!!!!!

Lage ist super ,alles andere eher mäßig. Sehr spärliche Ausstattung,keine Küche vorhanden,Betten sehr einfach ,preis Leistung stimmt für mich leider gar nicht.

My expectations for this hostel were high, but I was disappointed. The receptionist was very rude on several occasions. We were 45 minutes late checking in. The magnets they give you to put on the beds don't work, so when I arrived that night, there was someone sleeping in my bed.

Brilliant location if you're interested in the Ruin Bars and close to public transport for exploring!

Alle waren echt nett. Gute Betten und super Lage. Keine Küche, aber als ich nach heißem Wasser gefragt habe, haben sie mir direkt etwas gebracht.

It’s great overall nothing special

Auberge bien placée mais bien trop cher pour la qualité du dortoir. Prise qui se décolle, rideau qui se ferme mal. C’est bien pour une nuit mais pas pour une semaine. Personne qui ne respecte pas. bruit etc ok c’est une auberge mais il faut pas parler dans les couloirs et ricaner à 3h du mat. Sdb pas très propre

Buen hostal. Atienden muy bien. No esta en el centro pero es caminable. El primer dia que estuve estaba sucio pero al segundo hicieron aseo y estaba impecable

a localização é ótima, mas os atendentes que me recepcionaram quando cheguei nao sao simpaticos e nao fizeram nenhuma questao de me apresentar o espaço. tive que procurar por conta própria meu quarto e chegando lá minha cama nao tinha sido trocada , nem limpado. estava tudo sujo com sinais de uso evudente da ultima pessoa. Ressaltando que cheguei por volta das 22h oara o check-in e todo esse tempo nao tiveram o cuidado de preparar a minha entrada no quarto. Foi Decepcionante

I like the hostel but only things is there were no kitchen to prepare the food and all if they can have a kitchen and all the stuff it's a good hostel

Fine for an overnighter, but very basic and quite old fashioned.

It was great location safety and cleanliness wise and the staff was kind welcoming and helpful. However if you are wanting the real hostel experience where you mingle and meet people etc. I would look else where because the vibes were pretty dreary doesn’t really have a great bar/restaurant or any events at the hostel to introduce yourself to others. There is definetly an older crowd there.

the rooms are very clean but some of the rooms are placed in the hallway that everyone uses when they’re coming back. on top of that those rooms have windows and a window in the door that cannot be covered by a curtain. i was awake the entire night because the lights genuienly made it look like it was noon meanwhile it was 3 in the morning

Rooms ok. No towels, comfortable bed. Toilets downstairs dirty. Friendly personnel. Make you sign a paper with theit houserules and ask to write your address. Never saw that in a hostel. Quite cheap so worth it for a night or maybr more.

Excelente hostal, con muy buena ubicación.

Hostel très bien pour quelques nuits si vous passer la journée dehors et rentrés juste pour dormir. Nos coloc étaient sympa et calme donc bonne expérience de ce côté là. Salle de bain ok.
