9 Hostel and Suites

+ Location

- We booked private room and although it was private it came with its problems. To enter the door wasn’t positioned properly so was a gap and felt unsafe. The room walls were mouldy, especially in the bathroom, bed had bugs crawling all over it and our linen was dirty. We were very unsatisfied with this room and ended up leaving straight away and booked an alternative hotel for a very similar price. Additionally, the hotel staff were rude and dismissive of our feedback.

- La chambre était sale, les draps étaient tachés, le housekeeping ne passe pas, des déjections de souris dans la chambre. Les responsables de l'hôtel sont de mauvaise foi en remettant la faute sur nous lorsque nous leur avons informé qu'une souris se trouvait dans notre chambre et qu'elle déféquait sur la table de nuit et sur nos vêtements. Selon eux, cela est de notre faute car nous avions mangé dans notre chambre et que nous n'avions pas le droit. (aucun panneau nourriture interdite, sauf dans les dortoirs, mais nous logions dans une chambre privative au 5e étage)

- There was a rat in the room and the hotel manager was denying it. Even the ac was not working.

- Jest bardzo duża szansa, że podczas mojego pobytu były pluskwy. jeden chłopak w nocy to zgłaszał. Nie było to czyste miejsce Dużo łóżek jak na jeden pokój

+ Bad.

- They asked me for my arrival time and told me they are arranging a room but when I went there they said there is no room available. I could've stayed at the airport than come to the hostel and get no place to freshen up or rest

+ Accessible area.

- Stayed here for 2 nights. The reception has been moved to a small area in front of the elevator, with a toilet at the back of the hallway. We had to wait at the café until 2pm to check in, and people were smoking there, which made the wait unpleasant. The room is very worn down—chipped paint, cheap stained towels, old fridge and hangers. The pillows are extremely bulky and uncomfortable to sleep on. I had to get my own clothes and make it into a temporary pillow. We could also hear a child thumping/crying from the upstairs unit, which made it hard to rest. If someone can get past these issues, then booking here might be worth it for the price

- Old, dirty and run down. No common area to enjoy. Women’s bathroom was on another floor.

+ Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und gute Lage!

- Flecken auf den Bettbezügen, durchgelegene Matratzen, Schimmel an den Wänden, klebriger Boden und wenig Ablageflächen.

+ Airconditioning worked good.

- Room way to small for 4 bunkbeds. Nowhere to put your big backpack, I had to keep mine in my bed.

+ Muy cómodo el hostal, cerca de un parque y estación de metro. Tienen servicio de lavandería y también un café abajo por lo que es cómodo tomar desayuno. Tiene ascensor y llave con tarjeta.

- La entrada es estrecha por el café que hay pero es un plus para salir con un café en la mañana.

+ Excellent location. I enjoyed a great view of the town. Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful.

- After the cleaning, bath towels were not set. When I asked the front desk they said towels were in a wash! This was quite surprising and inconvenient.

+ Chambre qui aurait besoin de rénovation, mais emplacement et accueil au top, ça reste très très bien pour le prix !

- 抵達到飯店第一天晚上比較晚快12點多 當時去櫃檯有一個男生的晚班服務人員，然後我跟他說我沒有現金只能用信用卡卡結帳，結果他一直回答我不行，後來我決定離開不住這間飯店後 知道其他隔壁店的服務人員來幫我做溝通 最後才給我入住 然後用信用卡結帳 所以我覺得那個服務人員態度非常差 口氣不好臉又臭 一副姿態很高的樣子 個人覺得非常不適合做櫃檯 住宿是好的 希望那位服務人員可以改進🔥

+ Gute Lage, Check in 24h möglich. Betten haben eine gute Qualität.

- Tür zum Zimmer ging nicht zu, stand offen. Volles 10 Bett Zimmer. Morgens Lärm im Zimmer.

- A bit old facilities.

+ Breakfast was not included. Location is good. Rooms are neat. Washrooms were always clean n dry.

- Water jar at only ground floor.
