Do not go there, beds are full of bedbugs

ya it’s kinda disappointing, if you book through Hostelworld, you have to give them the exact amount since you need to pay them with cash, cause they still owe me 20,000 dong in change. It’s not much, but it’s a crucial part of the transaction since it’s about honesty. The staff didn’t really seem to care and were pretty dismissive. Overall, staying there once is enough, better find another place next time

Ils m'ont envoyé dans un autre de leur hôtel sous prétexte que ma chambre avait des travaux en cours (je ne comprends pas comment ils n'étaient pas au courant avant). L'hôtel dans lequel ils m'ont envoyé avait une note de 3 trop fatigué je n'ai pas fait attention mais j'ai vite compris pourquoi, l'autre hôtel avait des cafards. Je ne peux donc pas noté cet hôtel seulement leur arnaque.

Do not stay here! Rooms were really disgusting and beds were filled with bed bug stains. My friend got bit by a tick overnight, I was lucky that I didn’t get any bed bugs. Most of the people staying there were older local men, I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable as my friend and I were the only young females.

Do not stay here. We checked into our room and there were live bedbugs in/on the pillows. AVOID.

Horrible hostel, we arrived there the 25th or February to stay one night in the dorm for 5€. Once we arrived we had to wait for 30 minutes because the guy on reception told us that he was issuing with a problem, after waiting they told us that the room was already fully booked, and the two option they give us was or paying 31 euros, we told him it was way above our budget limit and he told us that the other option was sleeping in the sofa of the entrance for the same price. They gave my passport to a random guy (i am a Canadian woman he was a european man, we don’t look alike neither does our passports), and that after arguing for 20 minutes about me not wanting to leave my passport. They waited until the last minute when i left to tell me and never said sorry or took responsibility, they instead said that it wasn’t a big deal (i cancelled my flight). Also, they will tell you they upgraded your room in a different hotel (you have no choice) and make you pay ext...

The staff was friendly. but That's about it. DO NOT STAY HERE! I repeat, DO NOT STAY HERE!. Like all the there reviews say. when you drive thru will til ten you they are overbooked. then they will say they are upgrading you. then they take you toa totally different place. they brought us to a s*x hotel. with s***n everywhere. good thing we had sleeping bag liners cuz it was late when we got there and we just need to lay down. absolutely disgusting! the original hostel was stinky and dirty anyway

Place has a great vibe and the staff is really nice, and is so cheap, you even have some street restaurant outside of it!

Es gibt keine funktionierenden Schränke um Gepäck oder Gegenstände abzusichern, keine Decken-und Kissenbezüge(wir glauben auch nicht, das decken und Kissen gewaschen werden), das Bad und Zimmer ist voller Schimmel und die Menschen die im Hostel waren, haben eher gewirkt als würden sie dort leben, und wären nicht zum Austausch dort. Wir haben uns wirklich unwohl gefühlt. Außer der Dame an der Rezeption, die kein Englisch konnte, gibt es leider nichts positives. Wir würden nicht mehr herk...

It was great being there. Chiêu helped us extremely well and was kind to us, assisting at every turn. It is also convenient how close it is to everything. Thank you for the great experience!

good location, was the only girl at first & didnt feel safe until I talked to the staff and people in the lobby who made me feel comfortable and were lovely accommodating people. not clean though, no hot water.

they were nice I was in a dorm but. it had more of a boarding house feel then a hostel full of long term tenants which made me feel like an intruder there was always multiple people sleeping in the lobby

They instantly tried to move us into another place despite several reviews saying that the other options are not good they wouldn't put us up with them despite accepting the payment and continuing to advertise rooms at this hostel.

there is no staff at reception at most of the time, no cleanliness, I have bitten by bedbugs. No, hostel vibes at all.
