Wouldn’t recommend. First of all I’ve got bed bugs from this place!!! Also the rooms were to tiny I could barely breathe. The beds are very close to one another so you practically share bed with the person next to you.
O Hostel está localizado em frente à estação de comboios e de autocarros que é muito conveniente para quem vai para o parque Taroko. Apanhei bed bugs na primeira noite que fiquei no Hostel - mudaram me de quarto. O Hostel e limpo no geral acho que tive só azar.
The hostel is located in front of the train and bus station which is very convenient for those who are going to Taroko park. i caught bed bugs on the first night i stayed in the hostel - they moved me from room. the hostel is clean in general i think i just had luck.
Mixed bag for me. I met some cool people and it is an incredible location right by the train station. However, I did not enjoy my stay for two reasons. The rooms are way too cramped, fitting four people in what was once a hotel room for 1. There is no airflow and too much body heat; I felt like I was sharing a bed with the guy next to me. Also, me and another guy from my room had money taken from our wallets while we were using the shower. The staff was very helpful in trying to solve the issue ...
Everything overall was quite decent, nice bed and friendly staffs. However, the toilet is in the room. At 2a.m., I could hear people flushing toilet and taking shower. At 5:30 a.m., I could hear people grabbing thing from lockers, which was really loud. I could barely sleep last night. There wasn't any atmosphere I would say and only some local elders staying in the common area.

Prima hostel voor je verblijf in de buurt van Hualien als je naar het Taroko nationaal park wilt. Het hostel is niets bijzonders, heeft weinig tot geen sfeer maar alles is prima geregeld en zit heel dicht bij het treinstation. Kamers waren fijn, bovenbedden wel een stuk relaxter dan de krappe benedenbedden.
Nice hostel for your stay near Hualien if you want to go to the Taroko national park. the hostel is nothing special, has little to no atmosphere but everything is well arranged and is very close to the train station. rooms were nice, the upper beds were a lot more relaxing than the cramped downstairs beds.

We enjoyed our stay here. Well located right by Hualien station, but is 30 mins walk to night market area. Very clean and comfortable. The twin room with ensuite was great, lovely bathroom. Nice common area with kitchen. Not very social but was chill. Comfy bed. Good coffee shop downstairs

nice and clean hostel. There is not much atmosphere and social vibe, but doesnt matter. Taroko Park its close from the hostel with the train +bus
een heel fijn hostel en een super lekkere douche!! ik wilde hier eigenlijk langer blijven, maar veel dingen in omgeving waren helaas gesloten (laagseizoen en herstelwerkzaamheden wegen na storm afgelopen november?). Superfijne plek!
I really wanted to stay here longer, but many things in the area were unfortunately closed (low season and restoration work due to storm last November?).
Overall really good, excellent location, which is why i picked it. The only downside for me was my roommates and the way the room was set up. Our bathroom was in the room which is really nice unless people use it really early and really late..

Mijn moeder en ik hadden een tweepersoonskamer geboekt. Erg schoon. Eigen handdoeken. En een fijn bed. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Er is ook een televisie op de kamer. Zo kun je jezelf nog meer in de Taiwanese cultuur onderdompelen.
My mother and I had booked a double room. very clean. own towels. and a nice bed. the staff is very friendly. there is also a television on the room. so you can immerse yourself even more in the Taiwanese culture.

This Hostel is super close to the train station. It's very clean and the beds are so compfortable. I really enjoyed to stay there.

Mir hat es super gefallen (4 Kojen-Zimmer, zwei Kojen sind Doppelkojen). Man hat seine Privatsphäre, Steckdose, Licht, mit Zimmerkarze verschließbarer geräumiger Schrank direkt am Bett, Dusche, Klo - alles perfekt, sauber, wohldurchdacht. Nur das Frühstück hat mir nicht geschmeckt, aber das ist Geschmacksache und in Taiwan mit den vielen Essgelegenheiten kein Problem. 7eleven und FamilyMart jeweils 100m entfernt, im Erdgeschoß ein Coffeeshop. Ich kann’s nur empfehlen.
I have my privacy, Steckdose, Licht, with Zimmerkarze verrieblicher geräumiger Schrank direkt am Bett, Dusche, Klo - everything perfect, clean, wohldurchdacht. Only the breakfast has not tasted me, but this is a matter of taste and in Taiwan with the many Essgelegenzen kein Problem. 7eleven and FamilyMart are each 100m distant, im Erdgeschoß ein Coffeeshop. Ichs can only recommend.
Die Lage war super und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für atouren. Unser private Room war groß genug, um sich dort mit allen Sachen auszubreiten, gute warme Dusche etc. Der gemeinschaftliche Aufenthaltsraum und die Küche war grozügig und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war ein bisschen 'dünn, aber sonst alles bestens. Wirklich zu empfehlen für Ankunft mit dem Zug.
Our private room was big enough to spread out with all the stuff, good hot shower etc. The communal living room and kitchen was awful neat and tidy. Breakfast was a bit 'thin, but otherwise everything is excellent. Really recommend for arrivals by train.
It is decorated super fun, the staff in excelllent, and I enjoyed my stay.

One of the few YHA hostel's in Taiwan. Very well run, friendly staff, spotlessly clean, great security. Toast for breakfast is included. My 4 bed dorm was like a hotel room with its own bathroom. Due to the earthquake in April, not to many backpacker's at the hostel, mainly local tourist's, which did not bother me as I did not come to Taiwan to meet fellow Australian's. Keep up the good work, this was a lovely place to stay
