Stayed here for 2 night, the dorm rooms were in really bad shape and the washroom was almost unusable. The shower was also not working and the toilet seats were broken. Would not recommend staying at this place.
Dirty, no safety (all the doors are open), no towels provided, staff merely spoke English.
It was ok, but there was no Social vibe or Party on thursday and friday and Fete were only a few other people staying there. Dorms Are pretty dark, but its clean and bathrooms Are good
We were in the 6 beds room and it was extremely small. There were just a small window witch can't be opened. Except that everything was fine but not really great for the price.
Der Toilettendeckel war die ganze Zeit kaputt und wurde immer nur wieder drauf gelegt aber nicht repariert. Das war sehr nervig. Ansonsten Lage ist super!
The toilet cover was broken all the time and was just put on over and over again but not repaired. that was very annoying.
Lief personeel, mooie locatie, maar de kamers zijn erg vies. Schimmel op de muren en het stonk er heel erg in de kamer.

Decepcionante. En la habitación matamos varias cucarachas, y de las grandes. El personal no habla inglés por lo que es difícil comunicarse. Para finalizar, ela zona de sociabilizar es la recepción por lo que no puedes utilizarlo realmente y más cuando el personal hace una fiesta por la noche con sus amigos. Lo mejor, la localización, justo enfrente de la playa pero no volvería a este hostel.
disappointing. in the room we killed several cockroaches, and some large ones. the staff don't speak english so it's difficult to communicate. finally, the socializing area is the reception so you can't really use it and even more so when the staff is having a night party with their friends. best, the location, right in front of the beach but I wouldn't go back to this hostel.
Wasn’t very social and we didn’t like the atmosphere. Although the facilities were nice, I think it would be more fun another place:)
Sécurité = 0 !! Un homme n’étant pas résident de l’hostel s’est introduit dans la nuit dans la chambre, a ouvert mes rideaux et a fouillé dans mon sac pendant que je dormais ! Cela n’avait pas l’air d’inquiéter le personnel quand je leur ai en parlé. Sinon à part cet événement, l’hostel est correct et bien situé
Security = 0 !! a man who is not a hostel resident broke into the room in the middle of the night, opened my curtains and searched my bag while I was sleeping ! this didn't seem to bother the staff when I told them about it. other than this event, the hostel is correct and well located

Located in very close proximity to the beach and everything is in a walking distance. The vibe of the place is really good

consiglio questo ostello in quanto si trova in una posizione ottima e ha tutti i servizi di cui puoi aver bisogno tra cui la lavanderia. organizzano tutti i giorni attività. camere piccole ma dotate di tutti i confort, locker e ogni posto letto ha le tende, una luce e una presa, mancherebbe una mensola. bagno in camera pulito.
I recommend this hostel as it is in a great location and has all the amenities you might need including the laundry. they organize daily activities. small rooms but equipped with all the comforts, locker and every bed with a curtain, a light and a dam, would miss a shelf. bathroom in clean room.
ich hatte eine unglaublich tolle Zeit im Hangover! Alle Leute da sind super nett und offen und es gab viele gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Nur zu empfehlen :)
I had an incredibly great time in Hangover! All the people there are super nice and open and there were a lot of common activities.
Enjoyed our stay in Hangover. Nilhan was attentive to our needs, organising tuktuks, and activities. We had some small issues with our a/c & was fixed the next morning. He resolved it with no problems. Breakfast is available for 1500rs which we thought was a fair price but some more variety would be ideal. Some minor improvements should be made to the rooms as light/some sockets not working. The beach is across the road. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the kindness from staff and the locat

stayed at this place for a week, all the staff were super friendly- air conditioning in all rooms. these beds were the comfiest beds i’ve stayed in the whole time i’ve been travelling and ive stayed in ALOT of hostels. all facilities were clean and the showers were in the rooms aswell as outdoor showers. highly recommend

Probably the nicest hostel I stayed at in Sri Lanka coming to facilty in the room and bathroom. Also very safe with room key. Some work going on at the property and not many people around. I also stayed only one night, maybe atmosphere depends on the day...nice location just off the beach and bus stop
