I stayed in a private room, but unfortunately it was not clean. The floor was very dirty and the trash bin hadn't been emptied. The shared bathroom wasn’t much better, the bin was overflowing with toilet paper, and it was clear the mirror, walls, and door hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The property itself is beautiful and the location is great, but it feels a bit neglected and could really use some attention. It also lacked atmosphere — everyone kept to themselves.

Wifi not working, toilets not flushing and no hot water. Room comfortable and clean but lots of noise from busy road outside. Breakfast incredibly basic.

The Peru Hop bus arrived at the hostel around 5am but couldn't check in until 3pm so spent alot of wasted time waiting around to check in. The breakfast is barebone just pieces of bread and tiny portion of scrambled eggs to share with everyone. The atmosphere is dead and very boring so i couldn't wait to leave.

Service at the entrance was nice, smiling and speak english but... I didn't felt safe over here and impossible to sleep, it's like sleeping in the street. I understand, it's not your fault, it's the way the hostel was built...just 3 bathrooms it's not enough and all the bathrooms was dirty. The sheets of the bed was clean and the dorm also, it was appreciate. It is really necessary to rent towels instead of offer the service?

The property its ok even if they dont give you a proper breakfast , there were few builders staying over and drinking all night so didnt really felt safe

Me decepcionó el hostel. Limpieza por debajo de lo esperado, el baño se encuentra a 50m POR EXTERIOR del cuarto (con el consiguiente frío de madrugada), el agua caliente del baño no duró más de 5', la habitación era muy fría, no tenía llave y tampoco cortinas (con lo cual al amanecer ya fue imposible continuar durmiendo). El personal (Diego en particular) muy gentil y agradable, el problema es más estructural del hostel.

À part l’emplacement et la réception 24/24 pas grand chose de positif. Beaucoup de bruits de l’extérieur car aucune isolation de les chambres. Le wifi est affreux et ne marche pas dans les chambres. Le personnel bien que polie n’est pas plus chaleureux que ça. Petit-déjeuner très simple mais sans plus. On attend mieux que ça quand même

Location and breakfadt was oke. wifi in the room nr. 10 never worked and they did nothing about it. Also annoying to wait outside when nobody is opening and interviewing you while entering

When I arrived, in the morning, I wasn't shown the place nor given any information about it. I had to figure out everything bymyself. Poor internet conection. It's a shame cause the place is nice and breakfast is good. They even have a nice terrace, but again, they don't let you know.

Le lieu est magnifique avec beaucoup d’espaces communs colores… Belle cuisine super petit dejeiner. Parfois un peu teop de musique le soir mais tres sympa !

Todo estuvo muy bien, mi único problema fue que el WiFi fallaba

was great, breakfast from 7:30 until 10 am with many options and enough! The staff very friendly! I like the vibe of the house, its clean, beds comfy and had a own bathroom with one Toilette and 2 showers for the 8 bed room. Muchas gracias

Prettiest hostel Ive ever stayed in. Rooms are beautiful. Kitchen was not luxurious but perfect. There is a speakeasy bar in the hostel which i really liked. Lovely place!

Todos muy amables y el lugar es muy lindo!

staff amable, buenas instalaciones y desayuno, tuve mala suerte de tener una compañera de cuarto que ocupaba el baño minimo 1 hora en el cuarto femenino de 6 personas, lleno el baño de sus cosas, su alarma sono en la mañana 15min y cuando toque la puerta del baño (luego de que estuviera 30min) me dijo que vaya a otro y que me fuera a quejar, posiblemente hace eso para que nadie se aloje con ella, escuché que otras chicas se iban a los compartidos mixtos

would definitely stay again, super chill hostel it was cleaned everyday, the staff are friendly and helpful all facilities were clean and nice no complaints (:

El edificio es impresionante, el patio, la zona de desayunos, el salón con la mesa de billar... todo es precioso, super colonial, con muebles antíguos... Es una maravilla, pero la habitación privada es muy muy ruidosa, ya que al estar en un cruce de calles muy transitadas, el ruido de coches, músicas, claxones es MUY contínuo y MUY ruidoso... pero si lo que quieres es echar una noche o dos, con tapones problema arreglado. Hay recepción 24h lo cual está muy bien también.

Our room was very big and the beds were comfy. The location was good was about a 10/15 minute walk into the centre. The common areas were nice and we were able to store our luggage there. A few things: I’m not sure how often the bathroom got cleaned as I noticed some tissue in the shower and it was still there over 24 hours later. The toilets looked old which made them look dirty. The bathroom was pretty far from our room and there seemed to only be 1 for the whole floor. Very dusty everywhere...

Very short walk to mercado san Camilo and plaza de armas plus many food options nearby. Staff was very helpful and friendly! The building architecture is picturesque and my dorm had full view of el misti. Breakfast was nice with bread, cheese, jam, butter, yogurt, cereals and scrambled eggs. Kitchen is well equipped.

Super Hostel, liebevoll restauriert. Hat viele Zimmer so daß es sich verteilt. Schönes Frühstück, wird immer aufgefüllt.. viele Toiletten und Duschen..

Staff were friendly, 24 hr reception was helpful for early tours, stored luggage for free, and easy walking distance to main attractions. WiFi doesn't reach all rooms.

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes und zentral gelegenes Hostel mit sehr nettem und hilfsbereitem Personal!

Lovely hostel. Rooms have character and are comfy. Staff were nice. Slightly more expensive but for couples that are looking for comfort and rest inbetween tours it’s great place. Location is walkable into town but not centre. Only abit of noise in the evenings. Not a social hostel. We had an early bus into Arequipa and we paid for early check in. It was abit expensive but nice to have the option!

Pretty good hostel.

Un endroit avec du charme, très calme. Lits confortables avec casiers, un petit déjeuner correct. Très bon emplacement, avec une salle TV, un billard et de belles cours extérieures
