I booked a female dorm here last minute for a night before my flight because the capsule a few blocks down that looks nicer was booked up. I arrived a bit early and the staff were kind enough to let me check in, so appreciated that. But then when they showed me to the room, there was something about the key not working, and they switched me to another room. I didn't really understand, but I figured whatever. Never stay here. It reminds me of a half way house with lots of weird old men. Thought I would get human trafficked. We left this hostel after 2 minutes of walking inside. Avoid at all costs, it’s not worth it.
On est tombé avec des filles cool dans la chambre heureusement. Établissement sale, une seule salle de bain avec une seule douche à l’étage où nous étions qui était crade. Juste une nuit était suffisante. J’y passerais pas plus de temps
We fell in with some cool girls in the bedroom luckily. sale establishment, only one bathroom with only one shower upstairs where we were which was crade. just one night was enough. i would not spend more time
After ample times of making contact directly to the motel , requesting check in instructions, I still wasn't provided with any. Dismal service, would highly NOT RECOMMEND this hostel.
Terrible! Did not look like the pictures online. Rooms & Bathrooms in very bad shape. I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!
Felt very unsafe here. Property was very dirty and crackheads everywhere. No place to lock away bags. Couldn’t use the kitchen as it was so grimy (and my standards are very low!). Staff were also completely absent. Overall would not recommend - it’s cheap but not worth the money.
L'aménagement de l'hostel devrait être entièrement revue avec des espaces salon possible à chaque étape pour une meilleure convivialité. La cuisine est très mal équipée, pas de vaisselle suffisante, pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle. La propreté laisse complètement à désirer : pas de ménage dans les chambres, toilettes sales. On est très loin des normes européennes. C'est dommage car les locaux offrent des espaces potentiels à aménager pour un séjour agréable.
The layout of the hostel should be completely revised with possible living spaces at every step for better conviviality.The kitchen is very poorly equipped, no sufficient tableware, no towel to wipe the dishes.The cleanliness leaves completely to be desired: no housekeeping in the rooms, dirty toilets.We are very far from European standards.It is a shame because the premises offer potential spaces to be developed for a pleasant stay.
The room and the bathroom were very dirty, mould in the bathroom.
Worst experience I've ever had so far. I arrived for a late check in but there wasn't keys for me. So contacted the landlord by phone and he gave me another room for the night. It was terribly filthy; there was rubbish on the floor, a sink with black water in it and bad smell. Beds looked ok but they stunk of sweat. I had a booking for 3 nights but only spent 1 night in there. I understand that particular room wasn't ready for anyone but it was so shocking that I couldn't give it another chance.
Didn’t feel safe at this hostel, would avoid staying here at all costs! baby cockroach on the bed and dirty bathrooms

The property is very grim, broken window, no cold running water, filthy bathrooms, no security, dark and dingy. In fairness the staff member was nice and helpful. Would not stay again even for one more night.

What can I say about Adelaide backpackers? The location couldn’t be any better as it is within walking distance of the Oval and all the fun of Hindley Street. The hostel is a bit rough round the edges but charming all the same. Can you guarantee running water and taps on sinks? No. You can however guarantee a comfy bed in a small dorm room. We did encounter a bit of an issue when guests kept p*****g in an already blocked toilet, causing some p** to overflow. That episode was unfortunate.

Good hostel
Un ostello pieno di gente simpatica, non esattamente consigliato a chi cerca cura e pulizia, ma economico e funzionale

Very convenient location, and I felt safe staying there in the same gender dorms.

I was waiting outside with my suitcase and other bags for way too long outside the reception to open and they didn’t open even after numerous calls. Said they open from 5-7 but clearly they didn’t so I decided to go somewhere else even after paying a small fee first.

There was hair iall over the sink from the previous user cutting their hair. There were globs of ann old bar of soap in the shower annd there were food crumbs in the fridge when I checked in. I asked them to clean the room and the hairs in the sink were cleaned all else remained the same.
