+ The man on reception was friendly and understanding.
- After check-in my girlfriend checked the mattress as we had seen a review recently with bed bugs. She found lots of ants or some similar looking bugs in the mattress so we showed a video to reception. They sympathised and offered to clean it and advised they were fully booked so we couldn't change room. They offered a full refund in principle (it's been over a week and I still haven't received it). I thinks it's quite clear that this property needs to do a deep cleanse and consider changing the mattresses. (Our room was room 7 - private double) I can't attach the video but here's a photo.

- El primer día quise extender mi estadía y pagar por aplicación y me dijeron que ellos me respetaban el precio que decía la aplicación porque la chica ya había hecho la reserva por su sistema. Después de hablar con 5 chicas diferentes terminamos pagando lo que ellos nos quisieron cobrar, sin respetar lo que se nos había dicho en primer momento . La ducha estaba mal puesta y se inundaba todos los días . Vimos que cuando se iba gente en la habitación y entraba nueva, no se cambian las sábanas de abajo. A la tercer noche un compañero se levantó todo absolutamente picado por algún insecto, cuando nos pusimos a buscar en la habitación nos dimos cuenta que estaba lleno de chinches y terminamos durmiendo en los sillones del hostel. Mi hermana también al otro día se descubrió un montón de picaduras . Al siguiente día pedimos que se nos devuelva el dinero y nos fuimos a otro . La limpieza y la atención dejan mucho que desear .

- Really noisy. The room smelled of mildew and there was no ventilation. Found smell urine from the toilets. I was bitten all over my face the 10 minutes I stayed there and then left and bought a hotel room because it was so dirty, they hadn’t even made my bed and the bedding smelled musty. Gross place.

- The hostel didnt disclose upon check in that they had a noravirus outbreak and that apparently half the girls in my 10 bed dorm had it. I had to find this information out on the third day of my stay (i was only there for 3 nights) from another girl. If they had told me i wouldnt have cared about the money i would have gladly checked into a hotel. But instead i caught it and completely ruined my holiday. Do not recommend at all!!

+ one of the best hostels in koh tao, seperate bar and restaurant across the street, best bathrooms I've seen in any hostel too, very spacious layout of amenities and good location
- unfortunately the people staying there were very noisy, and rude, had stuff stolen, people coming in shouting at 3am. chaos.
+ Nous n'avions pas fait attention en réservant que les sanitaires (WC + douche) étaient communs mais ça ne nous a pas poser de problème du tout, au contraire on a eu l'impression d'être au camping c'était sympa. La chambre simple mais nickel, propre et soignée.
- Les serveuses du bar sont à revoir. Étant du métier je sais comment ça se passe et je n'ai pas aimé du tout qu'on me prenne de haut. Nous sommes arrivés à 21h30, j'ai demander à une des serveuse s'il était encore possible de manger elle m'a gentiment répondu oui en me donnant le menu, installez vous la cuisine ferme à 22h. Nous nous sommes installés, avons pris le temps de lire toute la carte pour nous decider et 10 minutes plus tard, une autre serveuse m'envoyait balader en me disant qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire la cuisine était fermée en riant avec son collègue. Je suis partie, elle ne m'a pas donner envie de vous donner 1€ même juste pour boire, c'est dommage. Elles sont jolies c'est bien c'est vendeur, mais pas commerciales. Si des thaïlandais étaient derrière le bar ça ne se serait pas passer de la même manière. Ils savent recevoir, eux. À revoir. Mais le reste du personnel, l'accueil et les dames du ménage sont super rien à redire

Das Hostel ist an sich super nur müssten die Zimmer unbedingt mal renoviert werden. Der Boden hat sich in unserem Zimmer abgelöst, in den Badezimmern hat es total gestunken udn auf dem Boden hat immer Abwasser gestanden.

Perfect location, amazing rooftop bar with friendly staff and people at the Bar. Pool table and socialising with other travellers was a fun part. My only concern was the the uncomfortable beds, making noise when someone turns during sleep in the upper bunk, also too many mosquitoes and bed bugs 🐞 Staff often leaves the doors opened which allows mosquitoes to enter the room. Rest everything was ok.

+ Alles in allem gute Lage, nettes Personal und super Atmosphäre. Wenn man taucht bekommt man Rabatte.
- Auf Grund des Tauchens musste ich mehrmals umziehen, was eher unglücklich gelöst war dafür, dass man so viel Geld in der Tauchschule lässt.
+ La situation, la décoration, la taille de la chambre.
- Pas de réfrigérateur. Beaucoup de bruit car les chambres sont sous la salle commune. L'annonce devrait préciser clairement qu'il s'agit d'une auberge de jeunesse.
