- La habitación muy pequeña no tiene ventilación queda en sotano

- The sheets haven't been changed when I arrived. It was late night so the staff tried to help but they're running out of washed sheets. So I slept with someone else's hairs and dirts. The room is very small. The bathroom smells mold. Bed is not comfortable.
The women employees were great providing recommendations/helping when we had ants in the bed the first time. However, the bedroom stunk of sewage/petrol, there was no privacy in the bathroom, the Wi-Fi barely worked, the fridge broke, there were ants in the bed on two occasions. A nature-surrounded hostel will encounter this but it was the poor handling that informed our discontent. The man ignored us when we politely mentioned it to him, offering no solution which was rude and dehumanising.

- La primera habitacion en la cual estuve estaba al lado de la cocina entonces en la noche se escuchaba todo (cuando cocinaban, las charlas). Luego me cambié de habitacion en la planta baja y toda la pared estaba llena de moho. No pude respirar bien porque tampoco hubo ventana. Muy cerrada la habitación y humeda. No pude descansar bien.
Abysmal service. We arrived at around 4pm and, despite having booked days in advance and having a current confirmed booking, we were told they did not have space for us. They said they emailed me but I did not receive anything whatsoever. No offer to help us find alternative accommodation, which at that time on a Friday, was difficult to find, and ended up costing us triple the price.

- Permiten fumar adentro y hasta altas horas de la noche. Incoveniente cuando se quiere descansar o cuando se va en plan tranquilo o familiar.

- De bedden waren letterlijk zo hard als steen. Ik denk dat de grond uiteindelijk nog comfortabeler was. Daarnaast zat het naast een drukke weg, en de kamers hebben geen ramen maar houten luiken. Het is net alsof je op staat ligt zo’n herrie. Zonder oordoppen kan je je nachtrust wel vergeten.

- The room was dark and very humid. If you get wet your clothes may not get dry fast. The room looks clean at first but at night we were bitten probably by bed bugs. You can’t expect a lot for such a low price. Nevertheless we were disappointed because the place has good reviews

Además de estar una cuadra de la plaza principal de Salento, todo sobre el cuarto y hostal me encantó. Te dan recomendaciones y un mapa cuando llegues para ayudarte decidir dónde comer y qué hacer mientras que estás en el pueblo y me ayudó bastante. También te pueden prestar botas para el valle de cocora y dar consejos sobre cuáles tipos de cosas se puede hacer mientras que estás allí. + Tout! Une super auberge où on se sent comme dans une maison de campagne entre amis. Propre, confortable. Personnel adorable ++++, de bons conseils, toujours avec le sourire. Chambres confortables.

+ Such a cute relaxing stay here, we stayed in the private room and I couldn’t recommend it enough! The staff were exceptional, so helpful and friendly.
+ O hostel é muito bonito, com áreas comuns aconchegantes e o quarto (duplo) era amplo, confortável e arejado. Todos os ambientes estavam sempre limpos. Disponibilizam água em filtros e também café para preparo na cozinha, que era muito boa. As funcionárias foram sempre atenciosas e a localização é excelente. Recomendo.
- O horário para uso da cozinha de manhã, porque gostaríamos de poder ter usado um pouco mais cedo do que o permitido.

+ L’emplacement est parfait et le personnel est adorable et disponible, je recommande vivement !
+ Personnel d’une extrême gentillesse qui sont là pour vous donnez pleins de conseils pour votre séjour à Salento. Le lieux était très propre et tellement cosy. Très proche également du centre ville et des nombreux bars et restaurants, tout en restant au calme. Je ne peux que recommander cet hostel.
+ Central location, cute single room with great shower, nice kitchen facilities, helpful staff.
- Circulation in the room wasn’t great so everything felt a little damp, plus there was some noise from the street but that’s what you get when it’s so close to the main square!
Super nice hostel in Salento, has everything you need!
+ L’endroit est charmant et assez petit pour pas que ce ne soit la foire. Le côté bois est vraiment chaleureux, les équipements de bonnes qualité. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, c’est très propre. Les lits sont confortables. Rue assez calme. Les parties communes sont confortables avec des canapés. Des petites lumières chaleureuses qui illuminent la nuit les parties communes. Les casiers pour chaque lit et les prises devant chaque lit. Et enfant le personnel charmant, disponibles pour vous répondre, souriants. Petit plus : on vous remet un papier avec tout ce que pouvait faire ici. On vous explique aussi les différents transferts possibles vers Jardin, Cali ou le désert de Tatacoa.
- Si je devais titiller, il ne manque que des petits rideaux pour chaque lit et ce serait parfait
