- THERE IS NO LIFT! People traveling with big bags be warned. The property is understaffed and the staff they have or are incompetent or could care less. The customers they attract also give some very sketchy vibe.
- O cartão , na hora de passar na porta ,não passa , e a gente fica cheia de malas. Tem q descer pra resolver , a mala fica no corredor sem segurança alguma, e tem q subir e descer escadas várias vezes até funcionar esse cartão , minha experiência foi a pior

- Personal nada agradable, limpieza de las instalaciones y zonas comunes pésima, camas incómodas, calefacción demasiado alta, falta de ventilación en las habitaciones, sábanas sucias, y un sin fin de quejas que podría aportar, en resumen, no recomiendo para nada este alojamiento.

- Muy pequeña,el baño estaba estropeado,pedimos para que lo arreglara pues estaba entrando agua en la habitación mientras duchábamos y no lo arreglaran.para niños es horrible un montón de gente barachas

- Es gab keine Lattenroste, sondern nur ein Gitter aus Metall, die Matratzen waren extrem dünn, so dass nur "Kinder"-gewichtige vernünftig schlafen könnten. Das angebliche "offene Buffet" war gar keins. Das Buffet sollte von 07:00-10:00 Uhr gehen, aber kurz vor 09:00 Uhr gab es schon "fast" nichts mehr und auf Nachfrage wegen Nachschub hieß es einfach "es gibt nichts mehr"; Der Kaffeeautomat war ein reines Glücksspiel, hat man auf Kakao gedrückt, hat man Cappucino bekommen. Hat man auf Cappucino gedrückt, hat man Espresso bekommen und so weiter. Viel zu wenig Personal und das auch noch überfordert und teilweise unfreundlich. Die Tische wurden nicht gereinigt, so dass wir selber wischen mussten. Der Toaster ging mal und am nächsten Tag dann wieder nicht. Da der eine Toaster nur oben getoastet hat, musste man den Toast erneut auf die andere Seite legen und erneut toasten lassen. Orangensaft gab es immer nur nach Aufforderung und das nur minimal, was bei 5 Tassen sofort wieder leer war. Wir waren schon in anderen Hostels unterwegs, aber was hier an den Tag gelegt wurde war eine absolute Katastrophe!

- I booked for 8 people 3 rooms with 18 beds in it . And they said I booked for 3 adults 18 beds . That's 9 bunk beds . That definetly makes sense . I want my money back .

- This hostel’s hygienic standards isn’t safe for guests, I have been bitten by bed bugs countless times my whole back was red. Secondly, the attitude of the staff doesn’t make you feel like your staying in a place you would get peace of mind, they allocate you rooms with broken windows in this chilly winter, as if you had begged them a room and not paid for it. Toilets dirty, with a cleaning staff that isn’t focusing on their job. When you complain, their manager a lady with a headscarf from Somalia always instructs the others not to help the guests and to the contrary, ensures their stay is as unpleasant as possible. One time, I was sleeping when I noticed two staff members have entered my room to do their little thing which shocked me and made me feel like living in a common room where anyone can just barge in. I had 3 bookings worth 200 pounds that was not refunded. So do not expect any type of refund from them. This place is not advised for those looking have a positive change of air as their negativity will take you down.

Very nice customer service.
Wouldn’t go back as the vibe is dead and there isn’t any privacy (no curtains). The location is decent, so if you just need a place to lay your head, this will get the job done.

Yo reserve para una habitacion mixta y la primera noche me di cuenta que yo era la unica mujer, entonces al dia siguiente pregunte si me harian el favor de pasarme a otra mixta donde hubieran mas mujeres o todo caso una femenina y yo pagaba la diferencia pero el que me atendio me dijo que no, que era imposible que todo estaba reservado, sin embargo cuando conoci a una chica que se estaba quedando en otro mixto me dijo que su cuarto estaba vacio. Deberian tener mas empatia por sus
I booked for a mixed room and the first night I realized I was the only woman, then the next day I asked if they would do me the favor of moving me to another mixed room where there were more women or in any case one female and I would pay the difference but the attendant said no, that it was impossible that everything was booked, however when I met a girl who was staying in another mixed room she told me that her room was empty.

Stayed here for a few days and had a good stay overall. Location is great and easy to get around. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the place had a nice vibe. Would stay here again.
Every thing is spot on Its like five star hotel
The hostel offers the basics, a bed and toilets. Sadly towels must be bought for 6 £, which is inconvenient since I had to find space in my bag to fit a low quality towel. In addition, outside food is prohibited in thr lounge and on the benches outside, which was also very inconvenient.

Het heeft een bed en de badkamer was best schoon. Ontbijt was prima. Daarmee ook wel alles gezegd. Het was best wel luid in de gangen en niet per se sfeervol.
It has a bed and the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was great. With that said, it was also very loud in the hallway and not per se atmospheric.
It was a nice place but wasn’t the most clean, the bed sheets smelt, the lobby smelt like weed and cigarettes, and the showers always had hair in the drain. I would recommend for a night but not for a longer stay.
