Poor unresponsive service.
Il y a beaucoup d'espace public pour manger, se poser, travailler, faire une machine à laver... Par contre la chambre est toute petite, on était 4 mais ça doit faire 10-12 m² ; le lit fait 190cm alors que je suis plus grand, et le drap et matelas sont ridicules ; la salle de bain est minuscule, il n'y a pas de serviette ni de tapis de bain, donc il y a de l'eau partout tout le temps, assez dégoûtant... mais ça reste propre en général. Je vous conseille moyennement cette auberge
There is a lot of public space to eat, sit down, work, make a washing machine... By contrast the bedroom is very small, we were 4 but it must be 10-12 m2; the bed is 190cm while I am taller, and the sheet and mattress are ridiculous; the bathroom is tiny, there are no towels or bath mats, so there is water everywhere all the time, quite disgusting... but it stays clean in general.
The staff is wonderful, however the beds need a MAJOR upgrade. Mattress are VERY old, beds are SO noisy that you can hear every single person when they move even a tiny bit, same as the blanket, so noisy. I stayed in the 6 person dorm and had zero sleep. The door is heavy that when one person goes to the bathroom it’s so loud that wakes everyone up. There is no privacy in the beds, si close to each other and the “security” lockers are so loud and a carryon doesn’t fit just a back pack.
Solo vale la pena la ubicación. Todo lo demás podría mejorar mucho. Sobre todo la limpieza y mantenimiento del lugar.
The only thing worth the location is everything else could be improved a lot especially the cleanliness and maintenance of the place.

The staff was not the friendliest, the room was very simple, no space for luggage, only a simple place to sleep, there is a luggage service which is an advantage, clean and simple in general, there is a lift, the facilities are clean and easy to reach, a bit away from the tourist city
I was overcharged on arrival and not given the sufficient amount of keys for the number of people staying in my group. A member of my party was treated rudely when asking for another key.
Not great. Very annoying actually for a few reasons: the epiderm was as big as most forfeit dorms, and had their metal bunkbeds squeezed together in a tiny room. There was no locker large enough to store anything more than your passport. The bathrooms had sinks with missing handles. The sink themselves for annoyingly small such the water spilled on the ground almost every time you try to wash your hands. The Wi-Fi cut out every few minutes. The charging port on the wall would randomly stop charg...
They will never let u enter in the lobby at 2 am in the night and you are freezing outside’ no matter if your check in time is in the morning at 9 am. Reception staff was rude even not willing to talk.
During my entire stay (4 days), the Wi-Fi didn't work, nor did the elevator. When we asked for a discount for the Wi-Fi (which is a service we pay for), we were told that it wasn't possible. We had a great one night stay. The location was perfect, room was clean and a good size for a family of 5 and the staff were very welcoming.
Amazing value for money,location is great. A few minutes walk from the bus/tube.
Overall good stay, but bed to bathroom ratio is way off, we had one working toilet for an entire floor of a dozen rooms, and even with two it’s not enough. Location is great and the place feels very safe and secure. More families and workers in residence - so a good place if that’s you, if you want a more social vibe as a solo traveler look elsewhere.
Great location Has lockers under bed, felt very secure being there as a solo female tourist. Unfortunately no hot shower.
Very good location with friendly staff and good facilities. The metro stations are a few minutes' walk away and bus stations are close by. The rooms were great, I stayed in the 4 bed female dorm and found everything to be clean. Our room didn't have lockers inside but apparently other rooms do, and they have storage in the basement or behind reception. I would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again.
Great place to stay! Wonderful location, in center of town, walkable to musuems, transportation, and groceries. Nice staff and amenities. Mattress was not as comfortable as other hostels I've stayed at.
You can easily walk to the city centre, the way feels safe. Also close to a bus and metro station, only 8 mins walk. I felt very safe in the female dorm and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The price-value was amazing. Cheap dorm room for such a good location, clean room and such a high feeling of safety. would recommend!
My best ever stay in a hostel in London. I felt really safe and the facilities and friendliness were excellent!
It was very nice stay in YHA Central. They keep every space very clean especially kichen and shower room which is essential for hygiene. Shared kichen is big enough so many people can cook and eat at the same time without hectic. Friendly staff always helpful and kind towards customer. Would like to stay whenever I come London. Thanks for all
Very convenient location! The staff at the reception even upgraded my room for free! Safety is also great, and you can store your luggage before checking in and after checking out for free. One of my roommates was a little noisy but I got FREE earplugs from the reception so it's ok. Everything is good. Very great value for money in the city center of London!

There were not really people to meet in the hostel, but the receptionist was really nice and gave me advice where best to go :)
Great stuff, location and very clean. However, furniture is old, showers have discoloration on walls, no shelf to put toiletries or towel on when showering, ridiculously tiny sinks where it’s impossible to wash your hands or face.
A flying visit, but a wonderful stay! Friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean facilities, respectful guests, what more could you want? Thank you YHA :)

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel — the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff were friendly, and the common areas had a great vibe for meeting new people. The location was also perfect, close to everything I needed. One small thing I’d advise future guests to keep in mind is to be a bit cautious with valuables. While I personally had no major issues, I noticed that storage for personal items could be improved or made a bit more secure. Bringing a good lock or keeping your val...
I really liked it here. The hostel staff is really friendly and always there to help. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. They could use more bathrooms, as you often had to wait for a free shower. The location was really nice, a Tesco not far away and the metro aswell. You can keep your belongings in a box under the bed, which you can lock. There is a big kitchen to cook.
L'hostel est très bien situé, ce qui est très pratique pour accéder à Picadilly Circus, Soho ou même Camden à pieds. L'accueil h24 est très pratique. Les chambres et douches étaient plutot propres, sécurisées et la litterie confortable. Il n'y a pas de cassier pour les affaires, mais cela ne m'a pas posé de problèmes à titre personnel. Je retournerai séjourner ici sans soucis !
The hostel is very well located, which is very convenient to access Picadilly Circus, Soho or even Camden on foot. the 24h reception is very convenient. the rooms and showers were very clean, secure and the bedding comfortable. there is no cashier for business, but this did not cause me any problems personally. i will return to stay here without any worries !
During my stay the staff were very friendly and the room was clean but no private luggage storage and they were having issues with plumbing - sewer was dripping from the roof in multiple places and on my second night the sewer came up through the shower drain and flooded the whole room, toilet paper and human waste. They had no spare beds/rooms available so I had to find somewhere else to stay late in the evening because I couldn’t sleep with that smell and it was very unpleasant
