+ To be honest the only good thing was the people working there, there were so kind.
- All the rest, i mean literally someone stole me 400 pounds, antoher guy “lost is phone”, the hostel doesn’t has lockers which is weird. And one guy that lives there told me that is something really common to be stoled there.

- My phone was stolen in the room. Toilets clogged .shower rooms flooded. Manager forced me to leave with no logical good reason . Staff unhelpful. Manager was dreadful .there are better professional hostels in the area.
- This is by far the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. The staff are extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. At reception they speak to you as if you are a problem rather than a guest. There is no basic politeness, no willingness to assist, and absolutely no sense of hospitality. The toilets are constantly blocked, with water not draining properly and a terrible smell throughout. What shocked me the most was finding used syringes lying on the bathroom floor. This is not just dirty — it is a serious health and safety hazard. The rooms are filthy. It feels like they are never cleaned. Dust everywhere, rubbish left behind, stains on the bedding. It is uncomfortable to even sit down, let alone sleep. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this place. If you care about your health, safety, and basic comfort, stay somewhere else.

+ The location is convenient, and the staff had previously been familiar with me due to past stays at this and another branch. The facilities are practical for short stays, and I had no issues during the first two nights of this booking.
- What I found very disappointing was that the remainder of my booking was cancelled mid-stay after I had already stayed two nights without issue. I was informed after returning from work that my third night had been cancelled. While I understand that properties may have internal policies, cancelling the rest of a confirmed stay without prior discussion or reasonable notice was highly disruptive and left me needing to make urgent alternative arrangements. Clear communication in advance would have avoided unnecessary stress.

Habe Frühstück gebucht, aber es gab keins. Die Erstattung für das Frühstück hat bisher noch nicht geklappt. Es wurde oft geputzt, die Waschräume standen trotzdem oft unter Wasser.
I ordered breakfast but there was none. the refund for breakfast has not yet worked. it was often cleaned, the washrooms were still often underwater.
The bathrooms were one per floor of 36-40 people. They did not seem like they were cleaned, as the floors weren’t draining and the shower water was everywhere. The shower heads also did not work — it was barely a trickle of water coming through. The water was also either super hot or super cold with no in between.
Exceptional, Cath runs the bar so nicely. Will recommend to travellers

localização muito boa, e o pessoal que trabalha la foi muito gentil, especialmente a moça da limpeza que é brasileira ❤️ acho que para melhor circulação do ar os banheiros deveriam ficar sempre abertos, assim ficariam utilizáveis por mais tempo, mas no geral, gostei!
Very good location, and the staff who work there was very kind, especially the cleaning lady who is Brazilian ❤️ I think that for better air circulation the bathrooms should always be open, so they would be usable for longer, but overall, I liked it!
Bedrooms all good, all beds had double sockets and usb ports by bed which was helpful. Also storage lockers in the rooms. Used toilet in pub as was nicer than the hostel toilet. Didn’t attempt the shower as only there one night.

Honestly I expected worse after reading the reviews, but I had a decent stay. It‘s true that the bathrooms are wet, but they have those floor cleaners so if it really bothers you, you can get rid of the water yourself, tell the staff or just wear shoes. The place‘s cleanliness is fine. I‘d recommend hanging a towel in front of your bunk bed if you want privacy, because it‘s basically non-existent. So if you are looking for a cheap place to only sleep at in London, this place is fine.

+ Buena atención del personal. Ubicación Dejan guardar el equipaje gratis antes y después de los horarios contratados. El precio, si bien tienen cosas por mejorar es muy económico .
- Las toallas son con cargo. Los baños sucios y mojados (limpian solo por la mañana) Me quedé 2 noches y no limpiaron ni hicieron las camas. No hay privacidad. Al ser muy económico, el tipo de compañero de habitación es todo un tema. Tuve una persona durmiendo debajo mío que había tapado su cama con una frazada tipo búnker...no le ví la cara en 2 días y medio y tenía un olor insoportable. No es tema del hotel pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta.

good location if you want to be near victoria coach station, good security, felt safe. above a bar but can’t hear any noise from the room. beds have no curtains. toilets weren’t very clean and smelt bad. comfy beds but not enough space to sit up in bed.
