The worse hostel I have been in my life. Customer service horrible, facilities zero, dirty place and internet non-existent.
this hostel is not for tourists. i wouldn’t wish anyone to stay here. i stayed at this hostel for a total of 45 minutes. security was threatening, staff were rude and rules about deposits were unclear. there are no lockers so you have to leave your stuff behind reception. physical keys are used at this hostel and i mistakenly walked into the wrong room because the key is universal for all rooms. windows don’t close. bed sheets are absolutely disgusting.

I would stay away from this accomodation if possible. Not only was there domestic violence, literal drilling into the wall for an hour and a half, only one plug per room, nothing was very clean but the shower also didn’t work (no water). The common area is very uninviting and the wifi didn’t work. Would never stay again.
I would never stay here!! The place absolutely reaks. The place is very dirty. The people here were all very shady and weird. I didn’t feel safe here. 0/10. Do not even think about booking here and trust me I really have low standards when it comes to hostels but this was the worst hostel I have ever stayed at.
One of the worst place I ever seen in my life! Such a terrible experience. Extremely rude people, they give you key but you don’t need the key. The room are already wide open, beds are such a horrible spring on the top, once you entered into room you get strong sweat smell, sheets and pillows are stains. Toilet are very cleaned, too nasty, they take weeds it smells everywhere, people selling drugs and drinking alcohol inside. Horror experience! I swear and never recommend to someone decent.

Great staff! everything else was terrible. Beds are horribly thin. The walls are covered with creepy murals. The shower is small and loud for anyone else staying inin the room. The lights are dim and green. The kitchen has little in it, a stove and microwave. The fridges are on the ground floor far away. The rooms are not clean, and bathroom isnt either.

Si vous voulez rencontrer des voyageurs, passez votre chemin, c’est plus un endroit oú vivent des personnes qui n’ont pas de logement et qui du coup font comme chez eux sans respecter les autres L’alarme incendie sonne plusieurs fois par jours Il y a des cafards dans l’espace restauration Il n’y a quasiment pas de vaisselles. Le personnel jette votre sac de nourriture du frigo en ne respectant pas le jour de passage. Il y a des fuites d’eau au plafond et qui tombent directement...
If you want to meet travelers, pass your way, this is no longer a place where people live who have no home and who suddenly make themselves at home without respecting others Fire alarm rings several times a day There are cockroaches in the restaurant area There are almost no dishes. The staff throws your bag of food out of the fridge in disrespect of the day of passage. There are water leaks to the ceiling and that fall directly on your bed.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza per due persone con bagno in camera ad agosto. Mancavano gli appoggi per i vestiti, anche nel bagno, nessun appendino o sedia. Il personale era gentile e ci ha fornito gli asciugamani gratuitamente in seguito ad un problema con il check-in. L'insonorizzazione era pessima, ma fortunatamente non c'erano molte persone e a parte le prime due notti non ci sono stati problemi. Non abbiamo usufruito dei servizi.
We booked a room for two with bathroom in the room in August. there were no clothes racks, even in the bathroom, no appendages or chairs. the staff were kind and provided us with free towels following a problem with the check-in. the insurance was terrible, but luckily there were not many people and apart from the first two nights there were no problems. we did not take advantage of the services.
It wasn‘t too expensive so if you‘re looking for a cheap hostel this is a good one. The rooms are fine, the staff is friendly. What I missed most were lockers - there were none in the rooms. If you wanted to secure your luggage you had to leave it at the reception - that made it a little bit complicated but not too bad.
Es un gran Hostel, allí somos todos amigos. e iguales Multirracial, gente de todas partes del mundo, nos enriquecemos culturalmente, nos respetamos y hacemos amigos de todas las partes del mundo, como es mi caso, he hecho dos amigos para siempre. En definitiva se le recomiendo a todos, tanto mujeres como hombres. Un abrazo para todos.
It's a great hostel, there we are all friends. and equal multiracial, people from all over the world, we enrich each other culturally, we respect each other and make friends from all parts of the world, as is my case, I have made two friends forever.
second time I go there, I like it. however this time the second floor showers did not work and the third floor ones did not have a lock on. Bedrooms are still the same, cranky bed but no real trouble sleeping. The price is correct, cheaper than most hostels but also quite far from the heart of the city.
A safe,clean, affordable place.
I was so excited arriving there but all the sudden it went away. Firstly i waited outside for minutes before they let me in the hostel. Secondly the receptionist was unfriendly and unprofessional. They lack basic skills related to the hospitality industry and customer service management. My nightmare continues when I met that staff at the reception the next morning. BAD
È molto wild come ostello.. Ci si deve adattare. Molto vicino alla metro e al bus. Supermercato buono. Pulizia… non proprio.

Bed are horrible ! Mattress are definitely not good anymore and the bed structure make noise every time you move. I didn’t sleep at all ! Thanks I stayed only one night! Plus I really didn’t like the atmosphere when I got in to the hostel. It didn’t feel very safe.
Although the hostel was very close to a train station which was helpful, it didn’t feel that safe. The front door was broken, the lock on our dorm was dodgy and at one point I was locked out. The staff were polite but not always in reception when needed. The room wasn’t clean and the bathroom was falling apart. The sheets seemed to be clean but the bed was very uncomfortable and felt very unstable. The shower cubicle in the room was literally a cubicle with no space to get dressed.
