Poor attention to details really drag this otherwise acceptable BUDGET HOSTEL down. Many days the toilets didn't have toilet paper or soap in the sinks. All lights in common areas, bathrooms and toilets were set to turn off every 2 seconds making doing anything difficult. Sinks and showers are also on timers but this isn't very problematic. The kitchen has nowhere to cook whatsoever, only a microwave. Are payments in person are CASH ONLY to lie on taxes.
There's only two toilets per floor so good luck if you can't hold it. The staff was outright hostile at times. The only place you can fill a water bottle is the kitchen which was locked over night.T he weird paper/plastic sheets sucked. The rooms were hot and noisy.
Bed sheets and towels were not included and had to be paid for separately. There was nothing provided to dry our hands after washing. No shampoo or even soap was available. I do not recommend this hostel.
no anúncio estava dizendo que era aberto 24 horas , e no entanto minha amiga ficou para o lado de fora do Hostel depois as duas da manhã porque simplesmente trancaram a porta , em uma região que é extremamente perigosa , uma mulher sozinha na rua , porque no anúncio colocaram uma coisa e quando chegamos foi outra. Não recomendo a ninguém
The ad was saying it was open 24 hours , and yet my friend stayed outside the Hostel after two in the morning because they simply locked the door , in a region that is extremely dangerous , a woman alone on the street , because the ad posted one thing and when we arrived it was another.
I don’t often leave feedbacks. But for this one I think I should. Nice location. Weirdly strict/rigid rules. Couldn’t use the toilet there/hang out there at all, either before or after checkout. Kitchen didn’t work for 5/6 days of my stay and is closed in the middle of the day/at night. Also sometimes I couldn’t access showers for some reason. Clean bedroom. Cold water in shower+dirty. Squeaky beds. Garden not accessible. No common room. Defect lights so not possible to read/write in eve...
Los baños son super incomodos, y hay solo dos baños para muchas personas por lo tanto siempre estan sucios. Las duchas son incomodas. Al igual que las habitaciones que tienen camas super viejas y la ropa de cama no es la mejor. Ademas la seguridad de la habitacion deja mucho que desear ya que es con llave y no con tarjeta por lo tanto si las otras personas que estan en la habitacion no se toman la molestia de cerrar la puerta esta queda siempre abierta. Y los lockers no son nada seguros
Bathrooms are super uncomfortable, and there are only two bathrooms for many people therefore they are always dirty. showers are uncomfortable. as are rooms that have super old beds and bedding is not the best. plus the security of the room leaves much to be desired as it is with key and not with card so if the other people who are in the room don't bother to lock the door it always stays open. and lockers are not safe at all
We arrived and were given bed linen that was ripped up and the sheets did not fit the bed. Then I was woken at 1am by a male staff member who was very rudely accusing me of being in the wrong bed. As a female traveller, this made me extremely uncomfortable and he proceeded to ask for proof that I was in the bed I was allocated (which I was). When he realised he was wrong, he left with no apology. I am really appalled by this service as it was clearly an issue with their system, not me.
First the staff told me that I could not leave my backpack and to carry for 3 hours on a walking tour. Next day other visitors were leaving their bags near the counter. Staff would not even let me use the internet for 5 minutes to find bag storage she said “get out of here when they are cleaning “ she also followed me until I left the property. Then the owners wife told me to leave a deposit, mind you my last 10 euros since my debit card was stolen . She said I could have it back. But then ...
So many issues, I highly recommend staying elsewhere unless you're on a severely restricted budget or this is the only place available. The garden is unavailable because "It's only for the cats". Coworking space and kitchen are unavailable between 12:00-15:00 and 22:00-06:00 making most the facilities unusable during most of the day. The only cooker is a microwave. Luggage storage consists of leaving it in a hallway. Kettle had hair in it. Latch fell off bathroom door while in use.
From the staff the lady at the reception (short and overweight) is very rude. Time is very limited to use the kitchen and showers. Water trickles down. Cleaning staff work very well. Hotel owners are also considered good. But the use of the kitchen and showers in the hotel is limited. You cannot use it whenever you want.

Super obsługa i miła atmosfera.
Super service and a friendly atmosphere.
It is unacceptable to provide plastic bed sheets. You have to pay extra for the normal ones. Beds sqeaks a lot at any movement.

I wanted to safe some money so I chose this hostel. But I didn’t feel super safe… as I was the only girl and there were only two toilets and three showers for everyone… no curtains at the beds either - I was missing some privacy in a 8 bed dorm full of men
Single-use bedsheets, stove broken and pictures don’t really give realistic view. But hostel was cheap and therefore value for money and it was generally tidy. Not cozy place for hanging out.

Globalement ok, très forte odeur désagréable dans la chambre, douches propres, personnel très gentil, cuisine un peu rustique mais utilisable
Overall ok, very strong unpleasant smell in the room, clean showers, very kind staff, kitchen a little rustic but usable

I only stayed one night, because I took the safe route by staying the night before my transatlantic flight out of Chopin Airport at noon. Given that you cannot trust the travel buses nor the railroads out of Germany to run in a timely of punctual fashion, this was helpful, especially the check in time until 12 midnight ( their front desk is actually staffed 24 hrs (at times). Receptionist was very helpful ( English speaking). I'll probably be back another time and for longer....

A really Meh, hostel tbh, honestly it’s quite shocking the fact that they close the kitchen from 12 to 15 pm for cleaning, it makes no sense, they clean when people need to use it, there’s no common space places, only a garden that you can’t use because if for their cats, which I don’t have a problem with but at least you could provide some kind of common space for people and not just beds and that’s it, and lastly they don’t have nor sell towels!!!
