They didn’t let me use the bathroom before check-in and the hostel only accepts cash. The staff was quite rude. The bed was too short for me (I’m 171 cm) and there’s basically no social atmosphere – mostly locals, not backpackers. The receptionists are absolutely rude. I booked a private room chose 2 people and on the second night I walked in with my friend they wouldn’t let her sleep in my room. The reception are just rude people. Why would I pay extra for a private room if they wouldn’t let my friend stay here? Not even if I paid extra for her. The room came with 2 towels and 2 room keys. Makes zero since besides the receptionist being jealous.

Das Hostel ist direkt an einer Metro-Station im Stadtzentrum gelegen, was sehr praktisch war! Vom Zimmer aus hatte man eine super Aussicht und es war auch alles sauber. Leider war keine gemeinschaftliche Stimmung vorhanden und eine Mitarbeiterin war äusserst unfreundlich. Ich wollte mich beim Abholen vom Gepäck noch umziehen und auf Toilette gehen und sie liess mich spüren, dass dies nicht in Ordnung ist. A decent place to rest your head and in an ok location. Many of the showers and toilets were locked/not in use when we were there. Strange rules for before check in, I wouldn’t stay here after a long journey.

Great place for a few nights stay. Finding the actual entrance is borderline impossible though and I had to call the front desk to figure it out. Not really near the city center/cool things to do but metro access is right there. The vibe of the place was pretty dead but I was there on a Monday/Tuesday so I’ll chalk it up to that. The private room was perfect though and decently priced.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. und konnten nach dem Auschecken noch unser Gepäck dort lassen und einen entspannten Tag in der Stadt verbringen. Beim Gepäck abholen durften wir jedoch das Klo nicht noch mal benutzen

Nice clean hostel. When i came in at 14:00 i was not allowed to use the bathroom because they were cleaning. I had a long trip and the hostel is in a flat so that was very unfriendly. I had to walk to the metro station to use a bathroom.

Had a great stay. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us. Great location just a short walk from the metro, secure building. Loved being on tenth floor with the views of the city. Spacious and clean bathrooms, hot showers with strong water pressure. Overall very clean. Rooms were nice too.

Had an amazing time staying here! Very clean and well looked after. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is great (you only walk 3 minutes to the train station! I would recommend the Fo Guang Shan museum, it is a mesmerizing place you don’t want to miss! Thanks for having me ! :)

The hostel is really nice. The showers and beds are nice. I love that they offer ice tea for free. But it’s annoying that the bathrooms are fare from the rooms. The showers are really good and I love that they have a bathroom only for girls. Furthermore, we found a big bug in the bed, but the staff took care of it and assigned my friend a new bed. The staff was really sweet.

The Hostel was great and staff friendly but we were very disappointed that we weren't allowed to use the facilities after checkout (even the toilet). We've stayed in 100s of hostels around the world and have never been told that you can't use the bathroom after check out. Unfortunately a total deal breaker and won't be back.

Not very social. Staff is quite strict in the application of the rules. There is a very large common area however, with a free soft drinks dispenser (+ kitchen). Ok pick overall speaking.

I really loved my stay. It's located directly at the MRT and super clean and friendly.

Great hostel, very clean, beds are comfortable and spacious. The bathroom/shower areas are also clean and work well. The location is good, right next to subway station and walking distance to Love River. Can bike to other famous Kaohsiung spots from the hostel as well. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

We were feeling at home and the facility was clean. The staff was very friendly and would come back to this hostel again!

Great spot right next to a train station, restaurants, and convenience store.
