The White Balcao Panjim

Don't book here at all!!!! S***! Not supposed to be a room for humans. It's a 4Bed Room without any window or aircondition. They told us to leave the door open to get oxygen. And we had to. From the entry to the hall everybody could see us sleeping there if we could have catched any sleep. The nightguard left around midnight. There was black mold on the walls, wholes and dirt. It was disgusting. The two stockbeds are right infront of eachother. The photos are fake! 🤮

there were bed bugs in my room and staff didn’t really care, later that day there was a new person in the same bed

Good property very close to the Panjim bus stand.. old style well maintained property. Cons: situated in a very narrow lane with no dedicated parking. The non ac dorm is very very small for 4 people and no blanket etc is provided basis that felt pricing was on upper side.

Nice location and nice old style building. There is a common AC space which is nice.

Nice hostel, friendly staff and a good location for exploring Panjim. Nice bathroom. Wifi and a/c worked as they should. My only issues were not missing the cut off time for the laundry collection on my first night meaning they would not be able to do my laundry on time despite staying 2 nights. Included breakfast was great other than no fruit being available despite the menu stating so. Overall really recommend.

Beautiful hostel

A great hostel if you’re just passing through Panjim or working.

It's a really cute Hostel in the best location possible. Right in the middle of Fountainhas, old Latin Quarters built by the Portuguese. The only drawback is that you can smoke or drink in this hostel, otherwise great value for money! :)

Good thing about the hostel is that it is located very well in Panjim. Check-in was weird as the guy didn’t speak English and was not very friendly or helpful. Overall the hostel is not in a very good state. There is a lingering smell of mould and moist throughout the place. The small 4bed dorm has no window and has lots of mould on the walls. The bathroom is always dirty as well.

Great place to stay in a very pretty location Fountainhas with nice cafes and restaurants! Recommend.

Schönes gut gelegenes Hostel. Nur die Zimmer waren etwas renovierungsbedürftog

a very good hostel, very clean and comfortable. The common area is lovely and quite small so it is easy to start chatting to other people. I recommend getting a scooter through them as the guy was super nice and legit

Very clean and nice hostel, located in a beatiful house. Brealfeast is good. Only disadvantage is that there is not a lot of common space.

Reception is kind of standoff-ish but other than that our stay was great

Everything was good: localization, food, staff,… Only bad part is that if you need to wash some clothes, the laundry service never comes
