Our stay at this property was not enjoyable. The staff was indifferent and unhelpful, the terrace common area was shut most of the time, or used by the staff, and the on-site cafe was also not available for the most part. One of the guests who was trying to check in had to spend 20 minutes looking around for the receptionist, who seemed to have disappeared.
