El Sofá Caracas

Premessa: la signora che lavora durante il giorno è fantastica, super gentile. Purtroppo non posso dire la stessa cosa del proprietario che ha cercato di sottrarmi più volte dei soldi sfalsando i prezzi da Hostelword. Per una camera privata mi ha fatto pagare 60$ anziché 50$ … in dormitorio 25$ anziché 20$. Quando gli ho chiesto spiegazioni, mi ha insultato e mi ha cacciato alle 22:30.

El lugar es perfecto. Solo hubo una confusión con la reservación. Cotizaron algo que no correspondía con el costo real final.

Really good hostel in a safe neighborhood. Steven is a great host and helps with all arrangements. Caracas is also a lot safer nowadays than it used to be.

Stevan the owner made me feel very reassured and looked after us for our entire time in Venezuela. He arranged airport transfer and tours that we decided to take during our trip. Absolutely fantastic value for money!

Cool hostel in a very nice and safe area. Kitchen with everything. Short walk to metro. They offer airport transfer. Would stay here again. Thank you.

Located in a very nice and safe residential area. Food places and supermarkets nearby. Easy access to Miranda metro station. Owner speaks good English which helps a lot :) He can also give you many good recommendations for travelling around Venezuela. Place has hot water, good WiFi. Shared kitchen is well equipped. A lot of space to rest and meet other travelers. 2 friendly dogs and a cat roaming around the compound :) Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing family run business, fastidiously clean, we felt like part of the family by time we left there. Would highly recommend ❤️

Een prachtige, gezellige, familiale sfeer. Ook ideaal voor solo travelers. Je bent er nooit alleen. Er is vervoer van de luchthaven tot in het hostel ( betalend ). De vader stond me met een grote glimlach op te wachten met een bordje in de hand. Ik voelde me direct thuis. De eigenaar en andere reizigers gaven me veel tips om verder door te reizen. Je kan in de buurt ook een simkaart kopen. En eventueel ook geld wisselen. Een heerlijke plek om je reis te starten. Go go goooo

Great place to stay in Caracas. It feels wonderful being at the hostel because the staff, the grounds and the rooms are spectacular. Now, I have a home in Caracas and I will come back here again and again.

Hostal con ampio giardino molto confortevole e pulito. Personale gentile e sempre pronto ad ogni necessità... un ottimo posto dove alloggiare in Caracas, poco distante dalla metro e dalla stazione del bus. Un quartiere molto tranquillo e sicuro dove si trovano ristoranti, centri commerciali e supermercati. Per il mio soggiorno devo dare a questo Hostal 10 su 10. Veramente una bella esperienza grazie di tutto ragazzi spero di rivedervi presto!

Venezuela is a expensive place...but beatifull

Das einzige Hostel im eigentlichen Sinn in Caracas, trotz der miserablen ökonomischen und politischen Lage im Land eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre, freundlicher Staff und die nötigsten Dinge sind vorhanden. Steven, der Besitzer und alle Angestellten sind sehr hilfsbereit und teilen auch gerne Tipps und Tricks, vermitteln bei sprachlichen und infrstrukturellen Hürden und geben auch Kontakte weiter, wo das Internet nicht weiterkommt.

Perfect place, super clean, nice people, the owner is a great guy. I wish every hostel would be like this one.

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse en Caracas. La zona es segura y tiene lugares de restauración y supermercados cerca. Excelente atención por parte del personal.

I has a very nice stay en el sofa. The hostel is located in a very nice and safe area where you can just step out of the door and walk around. Staff is friendly and helpfull. I had a great time in caracas in el sofa and can really recommend it!

Our time at the Sofa was so nice. The people were extremely kind and all the infrastructures were really great. This is a really nice place to meet people and enjoying Caracas. I would recommend it 100%
