Amica House

They cancel my booking without reason and send me an impolite message to asking for cancel by myseft. Bad service ever!

The room was nice. The lady owner was friendly, however the son was extremely rude. There were a few examples of him yelling or being rude in general. Unfortunately he gave the free tour as well as the cooking class and was a nuisance in both examples. He didn't explain anything and was more interested in his phone than the guests. The stay would have been way nicer had it not been for the son.

Unfortunately we had a negative experience with Amica house. We saw on hostel world that they had 24-hour reception and a check in time 00:00-23:00 which was not the case. We arrived after the loop at 01:15 but it was all locked up, we tried to ring the door bell and call the number provided but no one came. We then had to taxi back to Sapa and knock on hotel doors at 02:00am to try and find somewhere to stay. The next morning our booking then got cancelled as we were a 'no show' so we had to wa...

The hostel was decent it was nice to meet others visiting and the included trek was nice. The rooms were okay they were pretty damp and the toilet didn’t work. The son also had a pretty big attitude. The road to get to the hostel is also very sketchy

Amica house sits in a beautiful location, with sweeping views of the valley and rice fields. The rooms were well equipped and the balcony’s perfect for watching sunset/sunrise. The family dinners were so delicious! Myself and 2 friends were travelling together and they accommodated vegetarian options for us each night. Cudowne miejsce! Bardzo czyste, miło urządzone pokoje, domownicy sympatyczni i bardzo pomocni. Pyszne śniadanie przygotowane przez panią domu. Będziemy bardzo dobrze wspominać to miejsce.

Es ist einfach perfekt hier. Die Gastgeberin Hong ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich wie in einer Familie.

Très bien accueilli j'ai aussi fait un trekking dans les montagnes avec le patron qui est aussi francophone et d'une connaissance impressionnante de son pays, je recommande!

Alors la vraiment incroyable !, guide francophone et trekking incroyable le soir repas copieux , reçu comme des rois ! Je recommande à fond n'hésiter pas
