Hotel + Hostel Tokyo Asakusa 2

We had a private bedroom with its own bathroom. The overall room was filthy, with disgusting stains everywhere on the carpet (clearly not even vacuumed, wrappers under the bed), hairs not belonging to us on the linen, dust on every surface. The bathroom had a strong mildew smell from the drain, a towel form a previous tenant left hanging, and black mold on the shower curtain. There was also a whistling noise on our floor that we could not fix (something like a draft going under a door), making sleeping extremely difficult.
