Youth Hostel Remerschen

I've read the reviews before booking and I honestly feel like I stayed in a different hotel. There were some very strange people in the middle of the night, both 1 of the guests in the room and people downstairs in the hostel and outside on the tables. The guest in the room came back presumably drunk at 12am and stomped around the room naked before having a shower and making some strange noises that let's say diplomatically he was having fun with himself, then was in bed naked and kept turning a...

The lack of advance notification and refusal to understand extenuating circumstances resulted in me having to book a separate lodging for the first night of my reservation. I was notified less than an hour before the check-in limit about said check-in limit, while I was in Luxembourg City over an hour away. That short of notice makes it impossible to reach the facility and check in on time. This is essentially scamming visitors out of money.

the hostel itself was fine, but no privacy curtains on bed and the way the toilet and shower were set up in the rooms, it was hard to be quiet. although it is not the hostel’s fault, i had a really bad experience with another guest who was 70+ yrs old, many older people there, no youth when i was there

Kamers goed en ruim. Eten was niet te eten hele vieze vis met droge zure rijst en ook droge couscous die niet te beuken was. Service was ook minder omdat een Chinese vrouw tegen ons ging schreeuwen. Locatie was goed voetbalveld naast het hostel dus top. Prima hostel slecht eten en overspannen mensen

Het is een heel mooie en rustige locatie. Wat ik wel een slecht ding vond is dat het veel te warm is in de nacht+er is geen airco het eten is ook niet te vreten.

El hostel es muy grande, las habitaciones cuádruples tienen para guardar las mochilas, te dan sábanas y frazadas, tienen mesas y sillas y un balcón. El desayuno normal. El único problema es que realmente es muy lejos y los buses pasan con poca frecuencia

A nice hostel, but maybe not for families. The shower has no door, which is a little strange and uncomfortable. The playground is for the older kids, otherwise too dangerous. The restaurant is nice, but takes forever to receive your food.

Beautiful, clean building. Really helpful staff. Some of the basics left me disappointed though. The deal breaker for me (and may not apply to rooms with balcony) is very little airflow (only one medium sized crackable window) + no ac / fans meant a very hot night. Small nitpicks: toilets in room is nice but to not provide soap for hand washing because it's the "hostel spirit" seems unsanitary to me. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Zimmer sehr groß. Parken kein Problem. Fahrradabstellraum vorhanden. Frühstück kleine Auswahl aber ok. Badesee 500m. unterhalb.

Top Hostel, gereserveerd voor 2 personen en je krijgt een kamer voor 4, lekker ruim. Schoon! Betaalbaar restaurant erbij. Dames van de receptie zeer vriendelijk. Prima voor de door reis.

Je rentre à l instant d un séjour de 4 jours en compagnie de 15 randonneurs. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et l accueil du personnel. Le repas du soir était copieux et de qualité. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Nous y retournerons.

Super séjour à l’auberge de jeunesse de Remerschen ! Le personnel est accueillant et très attentif. Le service est de qualité. Le petit-déjeuner, compris dans le séjour, est simple mais efficace.
