I didn’t like the location of this accommodation, it was quite far away and didn’t always feel safe walking back to at night (unless you walk the main road way back). I am also not a fan of being charged 3% to use my card to pay. A hotel this big doesn’t need to charge this 3% on - especially when many other accom in Phuket let you pay by card without the charge. I wouldn’t stay here again as a result.

Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war unglaublich unfreundlich. Da wir nach einer Bettwanzenattacke und lauten Mitbewohnern nach einem Zimmerwechsel gefragt haben, war sie sauer auf uns und hat uns keines Blickes mehr bei der Schlüsselübergabe gewürdigt.
The receptionist was incredibly unfriendly, and when we asked for a room change after a bed bug attack and a rowdy roommates, she was angry with us and didn't even give us a look at the key.
Was more of a hotel feel to it. Also someone decided to take a poo next to the toilet in the room and I asked to clean it however, they refused as the cleaning staff had gone home. Opening it up the day after and was like the pop had fermented from the heat. Won’t be staying there again…
First hostel I’ve stayed in that didn’t have refill water station. Trying to ask about airport transfers with staff was hard, even when using google translate. Rooms were nice, no real atmosphere here but good if you just want a room.

naked british men ripped open my curtain butt naked and showed his penis at 4:30 am. he kept the whole room up for at least 1 hr. also there was one guy in the hostel who didnt want to pay for a room and kept lying down in empty beds that belonged to different people
I went to swim in the pool and the water was murky, you could barely see to the bottom of the pool, I do a lot of swimming as I am member of Australian Masters and various other swimming clubs, it looked like the chlorine hadn't been checked for some time.
The place was cheap so was ok but… The room smelt of cigarettes, there was no curtain to the balcony door so was light at night, between 10-3 the whole power in the room was turned off so couldn’t shower or chill in a cool room as it was dark and no AC.
Hostel was very clean and the beds felt very private despite being in a mixed dorm. The people in my room were really nice and I enjoyed having some quiet because it’s not a party hostel. Only concern I had was the location - it’s on a very busy road and is the perfect place to stay if you enjoy being near the action of Patong & Bangla Road ☺️

Great hostel, beds were very comfortable. The pool on the rooftop was also a great addition. We didn’t enjoy Phuket too much so was nice to have the use of the pool. Although we didn’t enjoy Phuket, we would highly recommend this hostel.
Good value quiet non party hostel, with a nice room and pool.
Insgesamt gut. Eine Art Ablagemöglichkeit in den Duschen wäre toll gewesen.

nice place away from the crowd. walking distance to the busy areas. not a social hostel if you're looking for one. I liked it tho!

Pretty good hotel/hostel. Rooms were good with clean sheets and towels everyday. Pool was a nice place to hang out the next day after a big night on Bangla. Staff were super friendly and nice. It's located right on top of a 7-11 which is great, and there are plenty of amenities close by: bike rentals, massage, food, washing etc. No social areas so not the best for making friends.
Nicest hostel we’ve been to on our trip, booked for a break from the social party aspect but on the pool area and in the rooms acc made lots of friends that we hung out with for the whole trip which was a nice surprise!

Nice hostel, great staff, just a shame that rooms were dirty due to other guests in the room.
Was a great stay. Stayed in a private room. WIFI WAS SO BAD. Would not work in our room. Only on the rooftop or in the hallway. When we asked to fix it they just said they were or “reset it.”
Sehr freundlich und sauber, aber ein nicht so soziales Hostel, da es einfach ein Mehrbettzimmer in einem Hotel ist und somit ist es ruhiger und anonymer
Very friendly and clean, but a not so social Hostel, as it is simply a Multi-Bedroom in a hotel and thus it is more ruinous and anonymous
Travelling for 2 months as a group of 3 and all of us said it’s the best hostel we have stayed in so far. Comfy beds secure rooms good facilities and large lockers for your belongings. Rooftop pool area is nice and relaxed also
