I did not choose these dates. There’s an error with my reservation and I was charged incorrectly in my account statement. Can someone contact me ?

The receptionist swore at me, shouted at me, and then lied to me. I left the hostel and spoke with the regional manager, who gave me a full refund. I leave reviews everywhere I go and usually give good ratings. This is the first time I have been treated so awfully and have had to leave early. Also, the hostel refuse early check in and charge extra for absolutely everything, such as luggage storage. By the end of the stay, it would have worked out cheaper to stay at a regular hostel.

After arriving went for a beer immediately. Came back at 2 to sleep. I was thinking the others smell really. Badly like sweat. It turned out my blanked hasn’t been chaged at all. Couldn’t sleep with this so i slept in my clothes. Next day i let the personnel smell it and they agreed it was disgusting. Never smelt such a strong odor…. I got a free breakfast at the most expesive hostel i’ve ever been at.

Stayed here 3 years ago and we were not inpressed. Thought it might have changed and gave it a new chance, but it was as bad this year. Unlovely girl in the reception when I arrived and asked why it would cost me money to store my luggage for two hrs until check-in, since it didn’t say anything about that on Hostelworld. Then it appeared it was not even a locker available… Not service minded at all. The kitchen is a mess, like last time. The room was not clean and it was dust everywhere.

I liked the hostel okay. The atmosphere was nice and in small room it was easy to find company. Our room was not cleaned properly even though they were supposed to be cleaned daily. Floors were dusty and the bathroom was not cleaned at all and old towels were hanging there. Compared to how much the night cost, it wasn't worth the money.

Sauber, mit Handtuch, 2 Waschbecken, 1 Dusche und 1 Wc - alles seperat, dies gefiel mir! Allerdings musste ich im Doppelbett (trotz unbuchung) neben einer fremden, stinkenden und respektlose Person (die auf mein Kissen sabberte und mir das Kissen danach gab) schlafen. Sowas darf nie nie nie passieren! Die aus dem Hostel können nichts für das Verhalten der Person aber sie können etwas dafür, dass sie die Better nicht trennen und nach Reklamation, versprechen es wird geändert aber nichts pass...

I stayed for two nights in a 6-bed dorm and found the hostel overpriced. The ambiance and cleanliness were fine, but the heating system didn't work, and despite multiple requests, the staff were unresponsive. Fellow guests faced the same issue. The poor service and high price left a negative impression. I wouldn't recommend this hostel unless they improve customer service and offer better value for money.

When I arrived I was unable to be checked in, the front desk said they could not find my reservation. They basically said there was nothing they could do and I’d have to rebook but my payment had already went through and I had the reservation confirmed on the app and by email. I had to get new hostel for the night and when I went back in the morning to see if something could still be done, they still had nothing of my reservation. Still waiting on a refund.

Très dispendieux pour rien et en plus j’ai arrivé 2h30 avant le check-in et ils m’ont fait payé un surplus de 12€. Pas top. Je ne recommande pas

I still had to pay even when I cancelled so I experienced nothing. I don’t know why I’ve received this email to rate.

Très bien placé ! De quoi cuisiner et chambres très confortables

It was fairly clean. Towels provided which was nice. One bathroom and one shower in the 6 bed. Kitchen is small but has all that’s needed. Lockers provided but you need your own lock.

Wenig Privatsphäre z.b. durch abgetrennte Kojen-keine Möglickeit private Dinge wegzuschließen-gegen 5€ konnte man ein Schloss kaufen um seine Tasche an ein Seil zu hängen

Schönes neues Hostel in wunderbarer Lage, nah zum Inn und zur Innenstadt.

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at. Clean rooms, the bed was already made. They even give you fresh towels. Key card entry only after 10pm. The lobby area has tonnes of games to hang out and relax with friends. Great location, the river is less than a 2min walk away. You can see the mountains as soon as you step out. Public transport available from right outside the hostel. The staff were super friendly. Highly recommend!!

Clean and functional place to sleep and they give you a towel but you aren’t getting anything else included. My bed was directly next to another one so do not stay here if yoy value privacy. Do Not try to wash clothes here, very small and expensive washer/dryer that operate off of a barely functional app.

everything was perfect,it would be a great touch if curtains could be added to the bunker beds for extra privacy, otherwise it was perfect

Note that some beds are not bunk beds so u might be sleeping beside someone (2 single beds pushed together). Room and washroom was small but it does its job. Lockers are small so big backpacks will not fit. Not a social hostel, pretty good just for stay. Location is great though!

Très belle auberge, bien située et propre! Un peu surprenant de dormir à côté d’une inconnue (dortoir de 4 femmes avec deux lits superposés et deux lits collés), mais sinon, vraiment bien!

Fantastic stay, central location in Innsbruck and the staff were incredible. We are definitely coming back when for some skiing! ⛷️ ❤️

Was a really great day I really really enjoy each second it was so super well done. I am so pleased that I chose this place and I really really hope to be able to come soon so my review it’s super positive.

Ich habe im März eine Nacht hier übernachtet. Alles hat gepasst, nur das in den Mehrbettzimmern zwei Einzelwerten direkt nebeneinander stehen und man somit neben einer fremden Person schlafen müsste. Und trotz Etikett wurde mein Humus aus dem Kühlschrank entsorgt bevor ich abgereist bin und ihn herausnehmen konnte.

good hostel close to train station but far away from old town (30min walk). kitchen is small. staff is friendly and helpful.

Great location! Was super easy to walk to the main part of town. The bathroom and rooms were nice and they provided towels which is always a plus!

4er Zimmer war für 2 Tage perfekt. Ski-Wochenende Approved! Lage ist Top! Einrichtung ist auch super! Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

Everything was good, friendly and helpful staff. The private bathroom had a weird and unpleasant musty smell from check in to check out but not really a big deal, just odd.
