Super bad service and extremely dirty room + no compensation for the clothes that were ruined when the airconditioner leaked yellow fluid

One of the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t even put my backpack on the floor as it was full of dirt, hair and I don’t know what exactly. I couldn’t believe it. Of course the beds weren’t better. As said in others reviews they don’t change the sheets.. mine was not clean and full of hair. I’m usually an easy client but this time it felt terrible. Shower was always full and nothing to hang not even a towel ..

they cares more about the sofas downstairs being clean than the actual beds. got there after check in time and room wasn’t ready. then the beds were still dirty. aircon was rubbish. shower didn’t drain. the staff were helpful to be fair. beds were comfy but also damp. overall was glad we only stayed 1 night

The room smelled awful when we arrived like old food. We aired it out and gave the benefit of the doubt. I woke up to hundreds of ants crawling all over me. The bed has an old stain where hundreds of ants were drinking from. The manager then blamed us despite us not having consumed anything other than water here. Then told not eligible for a refund. Had to check out early despite the late flight we had booked.

The beds are the only good thing about this place. But my brother who was in a private room woke up to being covered in Ants and when he told the reception they blamed him for bringing in food to attract the ants. He had not brought any food into the room

Got treated like trash and they stole my money

Leider war der Dorm Room sehr sehr dreckig und hat gestunken. In meinem Schließfach lag noch Müll und teilweise Essensreste von meiner/m Vorgänger/in. Es war alles sehr nüchtern und lieblos. Da halfen auch die breiten Betten nicht mehr.

The property at first seemed promising with the reception area being to a good standard with comfy seats. Once we checked in we walked in to our room with an awful smell. There were old men who were locals that I believe to be living there. Empty bottles of vodka on the floor, dirty clothes hanging up that were damp and created a smell. We actually checked out the same day. The only good thing was the reception gave us full refund. However, didn’t seem shocked to what we was telling them.

Close to the airport but that part of Da Nang isn’t as good as the beach side. The hostel had local men living there, it wasn’t social at all, quite a weird vibe there. The bathroom doors don’t lock and there is no where to hang clothes in the shower also, all the drains were blocked. I wouldn’t stay again.

this is my experience from the dorms room (shared bunk beds space) the smell of the room is really bad, it’s a mix of humidity and bad corporal oddor in the instant you enter in the room, the bathroom weren’t cleaned during my 2 nights of staying, the same strong pee oddor was in the toilet and shower room the whole time place is not clean at all, may be is better to get a private room in this place since the dorms room is not worthy at all

Great place to stay, very busy street. The sky bar was never open and wasn’t allowed own drinks near the pool so you cannot chill there for very long. Needed some low music or something by the pool

Its a good place to stay , and the employees are very supportive , smiling , helping . They are so concerned for their guest satisfaction . The place is great place to stay , cause the staff are very friendly and supportive . Huy is a good manager by solving my problem , where he had changed my room upgrade for free !!!! and hazel specially are very good , respecting the guest , and looking for their pleasant stag .

Sehr nettes & hilfsbereites Personal. Handtücher sind vorhanden. Das Bad war nicht so toll & auch nicht ganz so sauber. Anfangs waren auf unserer Bettwäsche flecken, so das wir sie wechseln lassen mussten. Für den Preis dennoch eigentlich vollkommen okay.

Lovely clean hotel and hostel, smooth check in and a lift which is a bonus as a backpacker. Only thing was there was 1 shower working on the 9th floor and the door didn’t lock. Beds were huge and comfy and rooms were really spacious

Good place if you’re travelling on a budget looking for a cheap dorm. The dorm is just a room in the hotel with bunk beds which is a bit odd, but the bathrooms and showers are quite nice. Not very social as there seemed to be old men living in the dorm room but they were harmless and very neat. Not convinced the bed sheets were changed between guests as they smelt quite musty and slept-in. Great location in the centre of Da Nang, only 30 mins from bus station or airport. Nice hostel at the central, near airport. You can walk to everywhere, so convenient

Not a place, if you want to meet people in a hostel. Rather creepy atmosphere, all floors are empty. Beds were comfy, but the corridors and the toilets were dirty and had no hangers. I wouldn't stay there again.

Very comfy and handy hotel. Fairly central. Good value for money. The place has probably seen better days, but the showers were hit, beds clean, and location secure. Good for backpackers looking to get away from hostels for a night or two!

La salle de bain n’était pas propre, c’était bouché donc inondé. Le reste est correct

Rien a dire l’hostel était super clean et dans le dortoir on avait des lits doubles 1 par personnes donc super bien Je ne pense que pas que ce soit un hostel destiné à la fête mais c’est sympas pour ce poser L’accueil est ouverte h24 donc super pratique
