cats hostel still hasn't given me my deposit back for 2 keys even though I have contacted them several times
absolutely terrible experience, staff were unhappy to be there. the roof in 3 rooms opened up with water flooding in, we were moved to a room with more beds and no compensation was given. front desk told me payment had already been processed and they couldn't give a refund. I asked them to follow up on this with supervisors but haven't heard back.

Maybe the worst hostel I’ve ever experienced , thanks god it was only one night , after 5-6 years I woke up from noise , 6€ for rent a towel 10€ guarantee for the card bathroom not good , the guest that I was sleeping with was watching reels with full volume at 3:00 o clock , bad experience
Una experiencia maravillosa.Seguridad total y un trato excelente.Te atienden muy bien y son muy amables.Espero volver pronto otra vez.Recomiendo a todos .,La propiedad es una maravilla.y también la limpieza es impecable...todo brilla..super limpio.,lo tienen todo muy bien organizado.Las puertas se cierran y nadie puede entrar si no tienes tu propia tarjeta .y eso me gustó muchisimo.Muchas Gracias por todo.
I had a very terrible stay, place promotes 18+ yet they might let groups of minors 13-16 run around and screen. They could at least put something on that website for a specific time they will allow kids so adults don’t stay here. Some of the staff were great. But also this hostile RUINED my stay in Madrid.

Muy buen hostel con muy buen ambiente de fiesta. Tiene un bar abajo donde todos los dias ponen musica y animan a la gente. Juanita de la Pubcrawl una genia, siempre atenta a todo lo que necesitabamos en la visita a los bares de la cuidad.!

Great location! Walking distance to everywhere! And This place was super clean! It wasn’t so social unless you went down to the bar, I love how they had pub crawls every night, it was super fun and met some awesome people! Dully was a great host and full of energy! Besides that, the only downside is that it does get pretty hot in the rooms and pillows weren’t comfy, and beds were too firm for me, and way too quiet. But I did enjoy my stay!
es seguro, y en general limpio, solo no recomiendo las habitaciones compartidas porque hay chicas muy ruidosas… paguen una particular, se que depende mucho de las personas pero mejor descansen bien… y el desayuno no vale lo que es, desayunen afuera mejor… de ahí en fuera buena ubicación y personal amable!!

Great place for a 16 hour layover. Nice clean rooms, bathrooms and common areas. Staff was helpful. Will book again if I’m ever in Madrid.
Destacó la atención y amabilidad del personal, fueron geniales, muchas cosas súper bien, sin embargo no dieron toalla para baño, adicional hay muchos jóvenes locos hospedándose allí y dejan el baño sucio en ocasiones, cuando el personal de limpieza está presenta la limpieza es impecable. Pedí un desayuno dejan bufete adicional (8€) y no lo recomiendo mucho, los huevos no estaban muy ricos. Tuve una noche difícil, llegaron unos chicos en la madrugada borrachos e hicieron ruido por h...

Most social hostel I’ve been to! The pub crawl is definitely the best part. Met tons of new people every night and had the best time! 10/10 experience.
