BE AWARE : There is absolutely no ventilation in this property and they perpously do not turn the AC on giving some BS reasoning. If you are silverly allergic to stinky shoe smell and a co2 humid environment you will get sick like me. I left the property with a sore throat, fever and runny nose where I stayed only one night in this property. I didn't like the neighborhood. The property was seemingly well maintained.They set me up in a mixed dorm even though I specifically booked a female dorm.
I received a room below the ground floor, with no window. When I told the receptionist this is a storage room and there is no way I'm staying there, she offered me another room on the same floor with a completely opaque window that doesn't open (I can't even imagine what's on the other side), and she said that these are the two options available for me. All this time people keep checking in, so i asked the receptionist if all of them are getting rooms with no windows. to this she replied, this i...
The hostel is too commercial for my liking . I stayed in a room paying 103 euros per night but couldn’t even get a free breakfast. The paid breakfast on offer was also too expensive for a hostel. They even charge very highly to store luggage if you need to keep luggage on the day of your check in or checkout. Certainly not the place if you are trying to save money or planning on budget travel. It has the atmosphere of hotel more than hostel!
There was a construction on the entire street surrounding the hostel with noise and dust. A little expensive for Madrid standards No social vibe with people on their phones Social activities sometimes gets canceled For some reason kitchen has everything but a stove? Staff was very helpful and overall very clean.
Très déçue de cette auberge : - Chambre sans fenêtre et très humide ! - Je ne recommande pas non plus le petit déjeuner composé uniquement d'une boisson chaude froide et d'une pâtisserie. - Lieu sans âme Seul avantage : la localisation prêt de la gare et des principaux centres d'intérêts.
Very disappointed with this hostel : - Room without windows and very humid ! - I also do not recommend the breakfast consisting only of a hot cold drink and a pastry. - Place without soul Only advantage : the close location of the train station and the main centres of interest.

Das Hostel ist mehr oder weniger noch eine Baustelle. Teilweise sind noch nichtmal die Wände zwischen den Räumen hochzogen worden. Es roch auf dem Gang noch sehr nach Farbe. The hostel is more or less still a construction site. some parts have not even been raised the walls between the rooms. it smelled very much like paint on the hallway. definitely has potential in the future but would not want to sleep there again at the moment. my night there was not so good...
Este hostel ha abierto hace poco y la verdad es que sigue en construcción. El día que llegue no había agua y el locker asignado a mi cama no tenía la perilla para poder poner un candado, por lo que siempre estuve intranquila. Dijeron que lo solucionarían al día siguiente pero nunca lo arreglaron, en 3 días. El staff buena onda y la decoración linda, pero lamentablemente abrieron sin estar preparados. This hostel has opened recently and the truth is it is still under construction. the day I arrived there was no water and the locker assigned to my bed did not have the knob to be able to put a lock on, so I was always restless. they said they would fix it the next day but they never fixed it, in 3 days. the staff are good and the decoration is nice, but unfortunately they opened without being prepared. you can notice in the common areas that the terminations are missing. at least for the price,...

I'll preface this review by saying that this is a clean, secure hostel in a good location with very helpful staff. However, there are a few features of this hostel that really detracted from the few days that I had there: 1) Motion sensor lights in all dorms 2) Dreadful temperature control and zero cross-ventilation 3) The included breakfast was a meagre selection of pastries and fruit 4) The worst atmosphere i've ever experienced at a hostel. Guests were so unwelcoming and unfriendly

Great place to base yourself for Madrid! Decently priced with comfortable rooms, large under bed lockers and good bathrooms. Staff were lovely and the hostel is well maintained and clean. Bonus point for a cafe in the lobby! As others have said, it’s not the most social hostel however there were free events (often free sangria tutorial/tasting) every evening which was a good way to meet people.
The best hostel I’ve ever been
Really fantastic little place, and staff are some of the loveliest and personable people. As for the venue itself, it's very clean and peaceful. A good little kitchen too! Bathrooms and showers are also very clean and of really good quality!

A great hostel in a great location to access the rest of the city with other food spots & supermarkets close by. The only reason downside was that there were no hobs in the kitchen.

I stayed here for 7 nights and I had an absolutely amazing experience, especially for my first time ever visiting Madrid. The Loft House is very clean, quiet, safe, and very pretty aesthetically. The staff were extremely kind, personable and accommodating, I truly became friends with them during my stay. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Madrid

This is one of the nicest hostels I’ve stayed in. It was very clean and in a pretty central area. I would say early in the morning and late at night you need to be a bit more aware of the area. The staff were very friendly. Doing laundry was very easy. They have vending machines if you wanna grab a snack ok drink. Not the most social hostel but good overall.

O único ponto ruim é a localização, que as proximidades podem ser meio perigosas e desconfortáveis a noite, porém a proximidade com o centro, principais avenidas e estações de transporte público equilibram os pontos negativos. Ótimo custo benefício, serviços e estruturas ótimas!
The only bad point is the location, as the proximity can be a bit dangerous and uncomfortable at night, but the proximity to the center, major avenues and public transportation stations balance the negative points.

Deuxième expérience dans un Loft Hostel, j’apprécie toujours autant ! L’hôtel est bien équipé et les parties communes sont agréables. Le personnel est serviable et à l’écoute. Le dortoir possède un casier et rideau, le lit est confortable mais pas très épais. Petit bémol sur l’agencement des dortoirs, il n’y a pas de mur pour séparer les doirtoirs.. j’ai réservé pour 8 lits, en réalité j’ai vécu avec le bruit de 16 lits.
Second experience in a Loft Hostel, I always enjoy the same ! The hotel is well equipped and the common areas are nice. The staff is helpful and attentive. The dormitory has a locker and curtain, the bed is comfortable but not very thick. Small bump on the arrangement of the dormitories, there is no wall to separate the surrounding dormitories.. I was reserved for 8 beds, in reality I lived with the noise of 16 beds.
Quiet and very clean accommodation with exceptionally friendly staff. I felt safe and comfortable at all times.

Nice location, pleasant atmosphere and good kitchen (no stove, however). I loved having sparkling water on tap and had enough space to eat and read on the side. Only downside was small storage area available in the 14-person bunk rooms, just slept with my backpack next to me instead of leaving it in the aisle. Good stop before leaving to the airport by train and great for exploring the center of Madrid
Nice hostel, but I found it hard to connect with people. Too big and industrial, with not a great common area. But the facilities were very nice and new!
Un lugar súper céntrico y bien conectado. Tanto el check-in como el check-out fue rápido y fácil. Los aseos estaban limpios y en buenas condiciones. La habitación era amplia y limpia, la única pega que le pondría es que hacía bastante calor, pero pude abrir la ventana. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada y las mesas eran amplias.
The room was super central and well connected. Both the check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The toilets were clean and in good condition. The room was spacious and clean, the only problem I would put it on is that it was quite hot, but I could open the window. The kitchen was very well equipped and the tables were spacious.
I loved my stay there. It was my first time going on a solo trip as a woman, but it was very nice. I enjoyed my stay, and the staff was very nice!
Haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Personal war sehr nett und in dem Café unten konnte man auch gut chillen und auch was selber mitgebrachtes essen. Die Klos und duschen waren immer recht sauber, es gab aber nicht einen großen Duschraum sondern einzelne duschen / Klos pro 1-2 Größere Zimmer, heißt unisex Toiletten, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.
The staff was very nice and in the café downstairs you could also chill and eat what you brought with you. the toilets and showers were always quite clean, but there was not a large shower room but individual showers / Klos pro 1-2 Larger Room, i.e. unisex Toilets, was us but didn't bother us.
