+ Un desastre. Tuve problemas con el check in y al día siguiente la conversación con el regente simplemente ridícula. Nunca volveré y presentaré una reclamación formal a Booking incluso planteando no reservar más en Booking. Estoy preparando una reclamación formal en el organismo que corresponda porque aunque soy consciente de que el precio es bajo y con eso no puedes esperar maravillas yo creo que un mínimo de detalles son necesarios. Tal como he comentado una desagradable experiencia y una persona que viaja espera un mínimo. Comentarios se añadíran en un futuro. P.D. Al regente comentaarle que no tiene ni pu...ide... , de como afrontar las situaciones complicadas en mi opinión y bajo mi experiencia. Hr viajado mucho y eso no es saber trabajar colega y vas a tener una reclamación formal y und publicidad desastosa por mi parte. Hasta nunca.
+ El chaval de recepción fue poco amable, cuando le pedí que me diera una cama en primer piso de la litera tengo 53 años y fue horroroso mi estancia. La habitación apestaba. La cajonera donde se guardaba el equipaje no tenía seguridad.. por Booking siempre busco alojamientos y no he tenido ningún inconveniente pero aquí fue fatal... El chaval de recepción de la noche fue amable.. cuando recién llegué el l chaval de recepción me pidió 5€ por la llave 😳 NUNCA ME HABIAN PEDIDO COMO GARANTÍA Y MUCHO MENOS DAR MI TARJETA QUE ELLOS TOMEN MIS DATOS MUY PERSONALES! ATROZ!

- Llego 10 minutos antes de que enpezara el Check in , y había una cola de unas 30 personas y tan solo 1 persona en recepción . A los 30 minutos llega otro chico más a recepción, y despues de estar 40 minutos esperando y ya me tocaba, llega una chica saltandose toda la cola y el trabajador Llamado Guille le atiende por lo que me quejo diciendo que hay que hacer para ser Vip y saltarse toda la cola y responde el trabajador, " quedarse dos noches" osea flipante, si hay cola es para todos, espero se despida a este personaje tan incompetente e inepto para estar de cara al publico. He estado en este lugar unas 6 veces y primera vez que tengo que ver y soportar este mal trato

Looking at the ratings.. It was better than expected. I liked it.
Absolutely gorgeous & spacious rooms with lovely balconies. The building is absolutely gorgeous and well-ventilated - lots of air circulation and it stays temperate even at night. The bathrooms are clean and the showers have very hot water. The luggage storage is useful and the staff polite. The rooftop is gorgeous, but the only downside is that you have to buy a drink to sit up there.
The beds have no privacy curtains or anything and the toilets/bathrooms are not very clean.
Super bien. Nos hemos quedado en una habitación doble con baño que ha resultado ser muy amplia, luminosa, limpia y tranquila. El personal de recepción es muy correcto, simpático y disponible Gracias

Excelente hostel, el dormitorio privado y baños limpios y cómodos. El servicio se portó muy amable me ayudaron con un problema que tuve con la aerolínea y tuvieran muy buena comunicación. Volvería a quedarme allí Lo único que podría sugerir es que tengan un hervidor o agua caliente a disposición para los pasajeros

For a hostel that advertises many activities, they only really have a pub crawl and that’s it. The tours, beer pong, movie nights, etc were not available after asking staff. The kitchen was only open when you paid for bfast and there are no fridges, just a microwave. Bathrooms could be cleaner but not bad, bathroom floor was falling apart on my floor. Room was nice! Some of the staff were nice. Laundry is 10€ so just be prepared, and the dryer did not dry our clothes, eve on high. Good locat...

It’s dirty, they don’t have a kitchen, things were stolen, staff is kinda mean, lots of broken things, they charge you for literally breathing. SMH not good. The only good thing about this place is that there’s amazing guests, made amazing friends

Reminder to ALL travellers out there: take a shower everyday and use deodorant, otherwise you may not smell it, but you WILL stink really bad and it permeates where you stay! It's really disrespectful if you're sharing a room :) As for the review, the hostel was ok for it's price (still expensive, like most hostels in Madrid) and the room facilities were really good! Obviously, a lot of cleanliness is down to the guests at the time, but this is genuinely the dirtiest hostel I've ever stayed in. The rooms weren't too bad but the entire sink/toilet/shower area was filthy. The floors in the shower rooms were covered in hair and grime. There were signs of mould in the top corners of the shower rooms. The floorboards were cracked and falling through at multiple points throughout the hostel.
Lo unico bueno de la propiedad era su ubicación, los recepcionistas muy mala onda, me dieron un secador de pelo sin funcionar, las cocinas no estaban equipadas, tenian un microondas pero no te daban platos para poder usarlo, un dia un recepcionista entró a la habitación de mujeres sin avisar, horrible experiencia

Nice hostel with a nice common area. Too bad there is not kitchen and no curtains for the beds... A bit expensive for what it is
If I could rate it lower I would, I had already paid for the full booking to show up at 1am (with notice to the hostel the day before) to be rejected the dorm because I couldn't afford to put a deposit on a card to get into the room, even though I have a train at 7am I only need the bed for 4 hours he still refused, made ridiculous statements like he didn't have a boss because I asked him to call somebody to help, he said he didn't have a boss or nobody above him but claimed he also wasn't

Facilities were okay. Some curtains would be nice. My complaint is there is this smell of urine in all the bathrooms which felt a little disgusting.
