Hostel Meeting Point

Nowhere in room to store my belongings, all lockers taken by other guests. 4 lockers 4 people should be a standard. Room was disgusting and beds were dirty. Extremely overpriced for an old bunk bed in a dirty room. Staff were friendly and happy no issue there. Just a lot nicer hostels for cheaper.

I will never come to this hostel in my life not even my worst enemy Will come here,they employ one idiot he is a boy,that boy need to be send away, he is a young boy as i came he make a bad comment that I should pay additional money to stay alone in the room he don't want me to share a room with white people, hey I have travelled all over the world first time I was humiliated and it happened in this hostel,their kitchen smell,they don't have respect on anyone i think they copy from their police

El dormitorio olía muy mal, el colchón estaba todo manchado, la cama era muy débil y se movía mucho, encontré más de una vez la puerta del dormitorio abierta, los espacios comunes son pocos, chicos y están deteriorados, por suerte solo reserve por dos noches y me fui a otro hostes.

Muy pobre. La habitación no tenía nada más que las literas, ni lámparas, ni mesitas, ni enchufes accesibles… el hostal me pareció feo y no muy limpio. Me resultó deprimente

Se entiende que el lugar corresponde a un albergue u hostal low cost, sin embargo por el mismo precio en París estuve en un hostal en mejores condiciones más limpio y sin malos olores, el lugar olía a humedad toda la ropa de cama estaba manchada y muy desgastada. No es para alojarse por más de un día

Das Hostel ist sehr zentral gelegen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir waren übers Wochenende in Madrid und zahlten für einen 6er Schlafsaal 27€ die Nacht pro Bett. Leider waren die Badezimmer sehr dreckig und es gab kein heißes Wasser.

As a solo female traveler in my 20s, I stayed in the 4-bed, all-female dorm. The beds were reasonably comfortable, though privacy curtains would have been nice. The room felt poorly ventilated and a bit outdated for the price. The door didn’t lock automatically, relying on guests to secure it. However, the bathroom was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient.

Desde el primer momento, la atención fue impecable: todo el personal fue muy atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación era súper cómoda y espaciosa, ideal para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad. Tanto los baños como la cocina estaban muy bien cuidados, siempre limpios y agradables, lo cual suma muchísimo a la estadía. Además, la ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro de Madrid, lo que permite moverse fácilmente a todos lados.

I didn’t like the beds but the place it’s in a good location close to the royal palace, that’s nice and it’s really affordable

Experiencia excelente, nos encantó la cercanía del centro, el precio y la actitud de los recepcionistas.

The Staff was really helpful and kind.

Considering the price and location we thought this place was great value for money! Would definitely come again

Hemos ido un grupo de 4 chicas a pasar el fin de semana a este hostal y hemos estado muy bien. Está muy bien ubicado, a dos minutos de la Catedral de la Almudena y del Palacio Real. La limpieza es verdad que dejaba un poco que desear, pero para lo que hemos pagado, volveríamos a repetir.

muy buena ubicacion, el personal amable. La cocina no estaba limpia, pero era grande y tenía las comodidades necesarias!!! lo recomiendo y volveria a ir. las camas no son del todo cómodas pero para pocas noches esta bien!

Accueil parfait, disponible envers les clients . Très bien située près du palais et basilique. Nous avons tout fait à pieds. Malgré les 40• . Adresse à garder.

Achei o ambiente limpo, bem organizado e a cozinha tinha tudo! A localização é perfeita, proxima de tudo, da para fazer tudo andando! Amei o quarto com banheiro que fiquei e da limpeza

Great location but the atmosphere wasn’t really there, we stayed mid June and were the only ones in our room for the majority of the stay. The kitchen was a dark room underground but the room where we met some frat boys. No curtains on the beds … minus points.

Fuimos a una habitación privada, muy cómoda y limpia. El personal del hotel es muy atento a cualquier asunto. Cocina bien equipada y ubicación ideal para conocer Madrid.

Bien placé, lit confortable, wifi sur place mais la cuisine laisse à désirer et n’est pas bien entretenue tout comme le reste de l’auberge. Pour une nuit c’est correct

Ubicado a unas 7 cuadras de la estación Sol, seguro, limpio, buena atención del personal. Lockers en la habitación para guardar maletas y se pueden dejar post check out por €6. Solo un detalle: el colchón y la almohada son muy finos, para 2-3 noches está bien. Volvería

Location is amazing and the staff really friendly. Only thing was the broken lockers in our room, but other than that I can totally recommend coming here.
