No hot water, cutlery and dishes were left dirty as was the rest of the place. The location is not as advertised and this place is not affiliated with Glass Restaurant at all, instead when you call the number a man will come down the road and take you back up to a different location.
In the first place Glass Hostel does not exists. When I arrived at the adress there is no hostel there. Fortunately the phone was correct and the person who answered send other person who took me to another place. There I stay. I paid to that person who not even ask me for my passport. In 7 days never the place was cleaned, nor the garbage removed. It was a very dissapointing experience.
Glass hostel in Central location just near tram station few minutes from Hagia Sophia and grand bazaar First time hostel in my life they threat me as a princess nice breakfast clean cozy rooms hookah and cocktail was superb. Highly recommend glass hostel
