Slo Hostel Bordeaux

I requested a refund which was in line with their cancellation policy and unfortunately never heard back from the property. They also charged me an extra night when I wasn't even there ! Very frustrating

Location de serviettes payantes inadmissible Je trouve cela intolérable et révoltant d’avoir payé un séjour de 3 semaines à un prix très cher pour ca seulement C’est anormal que le client fasse lui même un lit hors il y a des techniciennes de surface femmes de ménage pour s’occuper de tout ça Les prix du petit déjeuner trop cher Que ça soit en formule express qu’en buffet à volonté 5,50 et 7,50 je ne recommande pas du tout cette auberge à d’autres personnes

Terrible, DONT GO HERE IN SUMMER! Has no aircondition and many people were sleeping in the lobby, but we got a fan in our room after complaining. One off the staff became angry at my friend from speaking english too fast and walked away. The floor was sticky and there were not many bathrooms. And NO kitchen. We were really exited to explore Bordeaux but our trip turned in too an horrible experiance, we could not wait to get away from this hostel!!!

Habitación sin aire acondicionado y con muy mala ventilación. El hostal no tiene una limpieza correcta y la atención del personal no es la mejor. No volveré a reservar en este hostal. Camas incómodas y las superiores no tienen cortinas para privacidad.

Stained sheets. The fire alarm kept going of and there were used cotton buds and a coke bottle in the plug socket space would not recommend

Je me poser des questions est-ce qu’ils y’avaient réellement des etre humains dans l’établissement hostel avec un drôle de nom qui fait peur toujours la même musique a tue tête le même rythme et en boucle, tout le monde la tête dans les écrans , portable, ordinateur… je me suis senti abandonné, mal aimé non désiré et l’ennui c’est installé en moi , j’ai 62 ans je découvre un autre monde sans vie et surtout une génération de avec grand M pour ne pas etre vulgaire, je...

Hostel is bij binnenkomst echt prima. Ziet er netjes uit en aardig personeel. Bijbehorende tuin ook top. De kamer was op de kluisjes en gordijntjes na verschrikkelijk. Het was er veel te warm, het stonk en de bedden waren aan de kleine kant. Een paar van ons twijfelde om buiten te slapen omdat het meer zweten dan slapen was. Als er een airco in de kamer zat was het oprecht een prima goed hostel, maar uiteindelijk wil je gewoon goed kunnen slapen. Dat kon door de benauwdheid helaas niet.

Ne vaut pas l’argent. Pas de moustiquaires, donc beaucoup de moustiques en été, pas de climatisation. Les gens font du bruit et vont et viennent jusqu’à 2 heures du matin. Vous pouvez obtenir une meilleure option pour ces prix.

Pas de frigo et cuisine pour nous , les voyageurs!

The rooms were too hot, fire alarm ringing all night

The hostell and location was okey for a place to sleep, not very social. I think there as a minimum the bed could have been made and also a towel should have been included.

Dorm was good and communal spaces are large. Though it was not evident the communal space would be closed at midnight until I was informed of it five minutes before it was being closed. The shower was small and tricky to work and the light in the bathroom kept turning off even during a quick shower

Very clean, very helpful and kind staff. However, for the size of this hostel, the kitchen is woefully under equipped and it's difficult to find clean dishes. Overall I would still recommend.

Muy buen lugar, excelente atención del personal y habitación y litera muy cómodo para descansar además de los espacios comunes, lo recomiendo 100%

Très bien, petit bémol seulement sur la propreté des sanitaires communs

L’auberge est à 20min du centre ville mais située proche du tram ainsi que les halles qui bougent beaucoup le soir :) Accès grâce à une carte électronique et les casiers sont à code. Tout le staff est très gentil ! Laverie à disposition. Le seul point négatif c’est qu’il n’y avait pas de cuisine quand j’y suis passée car en travaux :/ Mais je recommande vivement le prix est très bas pour une très bonne qualité !

This is a great place to stay, nothing bad to say about it at all and shoutout to Amin and Bradley they made sure to make my stay pleasant, smooth and stress free!

Beautiful brand new hostel. Everything on point. Clean muktiple sexiry lockers plenty of restrooms showers Only problem it’s located in the middle of nowhere. No late night shops not even a vending machines in the hostel to get a soda. They roll up the streets early in this part of the city, though there is a tram about an 8 minute walk that will take you to the center, runs to like 1 am. A walk to the center is like an hour.

Nice hostel. The only thing I would love yo have, is a Kitchen to cook meals. It also could be a bit cleaner specially the showers and toilets where not really clean.

Fantastic hostel, extremely safe, clean, and friendly staff. The location is something to be desired as it’s 1 hour away from the airport, and not a walking distance to town- but it’s right next to the wine museum.

J'ai passé un bon séjour dans cette auberge de jeunesse, le personnel était aimable et serviable. Cependant, les chambres manquaient de propreté. En effet, il y avait des restes de moustiques ecrasés à cause de l’été. Les fenêtres devraient avoir des moustiquaires. Il faisaitfaisait également chaud dans les chambres, un ventilateur aurait été l’ideal.

Hat alles gut gepasst, sehr unkompliziert, man kann das Gepäck ab Abreisetag noch gratis dortlassen so lang man möchte. Die Betten sind gut, wir hatten Klo Dusche und Waschbecken sowohl außerhalb des Raumes als auch innerhalb. In der Lounge sitzen ist auch sehr angenehm.

Stayed here before and loved it again.

Great Location, nice interior. I especially luked the motorcycle/bicycle parking in the front. Only issue for me was there was no communal kitchen.
