- First I could not know how many beds when booking, the pictures are not like the room taken, don't told me the bed and actually I was in the middle bed, between another two, very small space for my bed. Was very smelly I couldn't stay, they did not refund me. The toilets not too clean, I could not shower. Old noisy window.

- Had a terrible stay. The receptionist was super rude and mixed up my room, making me go up and down stairs multiple times. When I asked to switch beds, she lied straight to my face, saying all were taken, but half the room was empty! Totally unacceptable and ruined what should have been a chill trip. Really disappointed!

- L’hôtel n’a pas répondu à ma réclamation ni à celle de booking.
- Des espaces minuscules. Je fais 1m87, et mes pieds et ma tête touchaient la cabane de lit. Les toilettes de la salle de bain se situe sous le lavabo. Il faut être ni grand, ni avec des rondeurs !!!

- Bad!!! Too noisy! Right above a bar. The music is loud. No curtains. Couples shag and talk.

- Imposible dormir ya que está en una avenida principal y los cuartos no tienen ventanas. Hay un ruido increíble.

Is an ok hostel in a great spot. Lots of amenities missing, bedrooms really basic and with outdoor noise, poor breakfast, toilets having issues with the sink, no shampoo, making even a bit expensive for it's price. Just very basic with some drop offs. On the good side the stuff was pristine. Always smiling and ready to help and ready to assist. The location is very central.
Es ist kein besonders soziales Hostel, aber für mich war es perfekt. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer und hab meine Auszeit von Schlafsälen und viel socializen sehr genossen :) Besonders positiv möchte ich die Sauberkeit hervorheben und dass die Badezimmer immer mit Klo, Dusche und Waschbecken in einem Raum waren. Somit hatte man auch dort komplette Privatsphäre!
It's not a very social hostel, but for me it was perfect. I had a single room and really enjoyed my time off from dormitories and lots of socializing:) Especially positively I would like to highlight the cleanliness and that the bathrooms were always in one room with toilet, shower and sink. so you had complete privacy there too!

- For 30£ a night I was expecting the mattresses to be of good quality and supportive but they were not. They were thin and far too soft for a grown up man. Also, when I was making my own bed, I noticed a lot of dust around the pillow area (it was the bottom bed of a triple bunk bed) and items from prev guests, including old socks etc.

+ Location was good plus cereal for breakfast. Employee was nice.
- I had let them know when I was arriving but No one was there to open the door so I was locked out in the rain. I tried calling, messaging on booking, calling and messaging on social media and even emailing. NO ONE EVER RESPONDED. A stranger let me in when they exited and then I had to wait until the employees returned. Was not a good start. There needs to be a better way to contact the hostel. The bunk beds were so short you can’t sit upright so it was very uncomfortable to maneuver.
+ Atendimento dos funcionários. Bom estado das instalações. Quarto com muito espaço. Disponibilidade de café, chá e cereiais. Bom local equipado para fazer lanche. Localização excelente.
- O banheiro privativo externo não é prático. Mas está em ótimo estado. Sugiro colocar mais algum móvel no quarto (mesa ou prateleira talvez...)

+ Beautifully designed interior. Friendly and helpful staff. Good variety of social places to hang, work and meet people! Awesome elevators and very comfy beds! Thoroughly recommended 👌🏼
